INSPIRING CHILDREN TO GIVE TO OTHERS Founded in 1999, The Golden rule Foundation is a 501© (3) non-profit organization that promotes character development in children K-12 through community service projects. These activities include everything from mowing yards for seniors to recycling drives to creating artwork for community centers. Kids love these fun volunteer activities, and that alone would make GRF worthwhile. However, GRF’s purpose and value go much deeper because, as the kids are having fun, they are also learning the importance of community, service, and caring for others. By instilling these values at an early age, GRF is helping raise a generation of civic-minded leaders who are committed to serving and bettering our communities. For every child who is positively influenced by our programs, our entire community benefits.
