experience capabilities at Eli Lilly. Previously, he held positions overseeing US customer
engagement, partnerships, and multichannel marketing at Merck. Before that, he led Client
Services and Channel Marketing for Hallmark Loyalty - - the L.L.C. relationship marketing
subsidiary of Hallmark Cards, which followed client service, strategy, and business
development positions with Omnicom Group companies DDB/Belgium and Rapp/Dallas. The
Belgium based role assisted North American enterprises with European market entry and
strategic alliances, including collaborations with public and private sector organizations.
Prior to his Omnicom presence, Mr. Evans co-founded San Francisco based Change
Management Systems, Inc., a business effectiveness consultancy for public, not-for-profit,
and utility sector companies - - working for clients such as the U.S. Environmental Protection
Agency, Public Service Company of Oklahoma, PrimeCO, and the Association of Retarded
Citizens. His career began with 12 years at telecom giants AT&T in San Francisco, and
Qwest in Denver.
Mr. Evans’ diverse background has brought innovative thinking to client business challenges
in the US, EU, Asia, Latin America, and Canada, including customer experience design,
multi-channel communications, insight-driven marketing strategy and solutions, value
proposition innovation, business partnerships, process improvement, and enhanced brand
