information. Additionally, I operate the hospital switchboard, monitor alarms, register outpatient procedures, and
handle cash all in an effort to ensure hospital activities run smoothly. This position is often a patient’s first point of
contact upon entering the hospital and as such, customer service skills are of utmost importance.
