MOU NZ is the educational collaboration (MOU) between Education
Institutions from Manawatu Region, New Zealand & Public English
Program Schools and Mini English Program Schools, Central and
Eastern regions of Thailand program. This program helps students who
want to develop their English skills to have new experiences in New
Zealand.
Schedule & Expenses 2015
1 Term (10 weeks) March - May 2015
- Tuition fees 6,000 NZD+
- Other expenses 65,000 Baht +
3 Term March - September 2015
- Tuition fee 18,000 NZD+
- Other expenses 65,000 Baht
Note: Other expenses included home-stay, insurance, airplane
tickets, and New Zealand Visa.

New Zealand schools under MOU
Palmerston North Boys’ High School-PNBHS
PHBHS is the boys’ high school of Manawatu
Region. They have high quality in the education system
and are famous in sports and music. The students in this
school always get the highest score on the National test.
This school still contains the tradition of discipline and is
strict in the standard of boys’ high school. Now, they
have around 1600 students and there are 7 Thai
students from 35 international students. Many Thai
students graduated from this school and continued to
study in a first-class University such as Imperial College,
England or University of Melbourne, Australia.

Awatapu College is one of the most high quality
schools in this region. There are five Thai students from
500 students. They have around 50 international
students and the school nicely takes care of them.
Moreover, they got the Education New Zealand 2009
National Award Winner for ‘Excellence in International
Student Support’. Awatapu College is outstanding in the
subject of Creative Arts, Fashion Design, Mechanical
Engineering, and Furniture Design.
Nga Tawa Diocesan School

Nga Tawa Diocesan School is one of the most
quality girls’ high school in New Zealand. It is located in
Marton from Plamerston North around 40 Mins for
driving. There are 300 students and 260 students stay in
dormitory. Nga Tawa Diocesan School is a small school
that focuses on students’ learning. They have a small
group in each class, so teachers can thoroughly look
after their students. This has helped their students
succeed in the national test (students always get 97-
100%). An attractive activity is riding horses that the
students also can study and test for certificate.

600 students, 16 are international students, and three students
from Thai. The school is amiable and nicely welcomes
international students. They have “Connect to Success group”
for taking care of international students. The group will give you
