My name is Brittni Lindsey. I started school in the 1994 in Hawaii. I graduated from high school in 2007 at Waiakea High School in Hilo, Hawaii. I first went to college at University of Hawaii at Manoa in the fall of 2007. When I finish my degree, I hope to become a successful elementary school teacher.

One computer in the classroom Went to computer lab Mac Computers in computer lab Learned finger placement on the keyboard
Two computer labs Each classroom had at least one computer Most assignments had to be typed PowerPoint presentations Computer classes offered Elmo or overhead projector in each class
Students bring their personal laptops to class for note taking Option to take online courses Homework is turned in online Laulima Email is used to communicate
Elluminate in my Math class Chat with each other  Video and Audio Tests and live conferences  Drawing board
Laptops- for every student Digital photography and video- instead of just doing posters for visual aids Email or class website to promote communication between students and teachers
Each student will have their own laptop Students will use the computer to complete assignments Students will use computers everyday
Not enough funding to supply classrooms with proper equipment Moving from the textbook to technology based lessons I have a lot to learn about technology
