Bridge the Gap is a youth-led mentorship program that provides essential life and mental health skills to youth ages 13 to 24 transitioning from high school to post-secondary. The program consists of weekly group meetings of 4 to 10 members guided by a peer mentor. Members choose a community cause and fundraiser to support. The program aims to build friendships, confidence, and leadership while lowering suicide risk through education and awareness of mental health.
