the US and Europe, on a $1.5 billion project. Prime objective to integrate a

performance , it was also my responsibility to train local staff and liaise with
custom officials.
• Achievements :- $3/4 million slashed from freight cost in one year , new
computer system integrated and functional , bonded warehouse and customs
facilities improved by 500 % , freight in country clearances improved from two

• Prime objective to oversee restructuring of former soviet supply base , design
layout of four warehouses totalling 13,000 sq. mtrs , implement material
control procedures , hire and train staff to modern day standards and
negotiate local contracts for transport and plant equipment.
• Achievements :- During the construction phase , we managed to handle drill
pipe for five deep water wells and supplied storage for 5,000 tonne of
bagged chemicals at any given time , turning around 200 tonne a day to the
dock side. We also handled a contract to off load and distribute to
staging bases , forty kilometres of 36in and 24in pipe

• Responsible for setting up a supply base in Siberia to handle a drilling
project to side track 120 wells. Initial work was undertaken in Moscow to
procure equipment internationally. On moving to Siberia I was given the
task of setting up a base , accommodation , canteen , offices , warehousing
and laydown areas . Ongoing responsibilities were for warehousing ,
procurement , expediting , freight forwarding and training. Project was
closed down due to funding problems
• Achievements :- Base was operational within three months , New system
was specked out and installed and operational within four months
