This paper introduces a novel scheduling mechanism termed Just Queueing (JQ) that integrates Rawls' theory of justice to enhance fairness in wireless ad hoc networks. It critiques the existing Weighted Fair Queueing (WFQ) approach and proposes a maxmin-charge mechanism for equitable bandwidth distribution, while emphasizing the principles of fairness and justice in network resource allocation. Future works will explore the mathematical and simulation aspects of JQ to substantiate its effectiveness in improving Quality of Service (QoS) for real-time applications.
