Najnoviji NALED-ov izveštaj o statusu sprovođenja regulatorne reforme i pulsu privrede u Srbiji za I kvartal 2012. godine.
Usled predizborne kampanje, regulatorna aktivnost parlamenta u proteklom periodu smanjena je za skoro 25%. Izvršna i zakonodavna vlast rešile su samo jedan od preostalih 37 problema privrede iz Sive knjige Nacionalne alijanse za lokalni ekonomski razvoj (NALED), a kada je reč o Sveobuhvatnoj reformi propisa, broj implementiranih preporuka u prvom kvartalu 2012. povećan je sa 197 na 203. Od 62 usvojena propisa u proteklom periodu, samo 26 se odnosilo na pitanja od opšte društvene i privredne važnosti dok se ostalih 36 odnosi pre svega na garancije za nove finansijske aranžmane države. Interesantno je da u januaru i februaru nije donet nijedan podzakonski akt od značaja za privredu. Inače, svi ti akti na snagu stupaju uz prosečno kašnjenje od 459 dana, a ima pravilnika koji ni posle 2,5 godine od donošenja zakona nisu usvojeni.
Anketa koju je NALED sproveo u saradnji sa CeSID-om među privrednicima širom Srbije, pokazala je da samo 3% ispitanika smatra da se efikasnost javne uprave popravila u proteklom kvartalu, a čak trećina smatra da se stanje pogoršalo. Trećina privrednika ujedno očekuje smanjeni obim aktivnosti i prihoda u narednom periodu, od čega polovina planira otpuštanja. Privrednici su imali i mogućnost da ocene rad institucija školskim ocenama od 1 do 5. Primera radi najslabije je prošlo Ministarstvo finansija koje je položilo sa prosečnom ocenom dovoljan 2,21. Step Free Access for London Underground
As part of Transport for London's €12 bn five year
investment programme, London Underground (LU) is
implementing capacity enhancement and step-free
access works to various stations. The programme will
provide essential access improvement for mobility
impaired users and will improve quality of access for
all users.
London Underground is delivering this programme through various routes
which include using existing PPP providers such as Tube Lines as well as
specialist suppliers from the external market.

The overall project is part of the first phase to refurbish the underground
system following the implementation of PPP through Tube Lines
consisting of the upgrade of the 100 stations on the Jubilee, Northern

the stations 4 times over the next 30 years. All the works will be
undertaken without closing any of the stations.
