Donald Trump was the Republican nominee on March 17, 2020. He obtained the majority pledged delegates. From the candidates 29 more powerful started their campaigns for the Democratic nomination. It was the largest number of participants for any political party in the history of America’s election.
Joe Biden, former Vice President became the Democratic nominee. Another competitor was Senator Bernie Sanders but later he suspended the campaign in 8 April 2020. Whoever is selected as the next American President it will be inaugurated on 20 January 2021.
It is still now confirmed but if selected Mr. Biden will be the oldest major party nominee in U.S. history; and if elected and inaugurated it will be a record that he would also become the oldest serving president in Untied States.

Lyndon B. Johnson
Born on August 27, 1908 in Texas, Lyndon Baines Johnson went on to serve as the 36th president of the United States between 1963 and 1969. Popularly known as LBJ, Lyndon was a democrat who also served as a Senator and United States representative. Lyndon’s family had deep Texan roots and was among the earliest settlers in Lone Star State. The family had engaged in cotton farming and cattle rearing, and had also served as soldiers for the Confederacy. Lyndon’s parents were Sam and Rebekah Baines Johnson, and he was the first born in the family of five children. His mother was refined and reserved while his father was a conversationalist and an idealist, and often strived to do a lot more than just farm work. At only twenty-seven, Sam Johnson clinched a position in the Texas legislature where he served for five terms (Gold, 2008). When Lyndon was growing up, he had a compassion for the poor people living in rural areas, which followed him even as he was at the Southwest Texas State Teachers College (now called Texas State University), and also learnt a lot about discrimination when he was a teacher of Mexican student in Cotulla, Texas.
In 1937, Lyndon campaigned to join the House of Representatives, which he won through the support of his wife, Claudia "Lady Bird" Taylor. During his campaign, he was quite vocal in promoting the New Deal agenda, which was quite successful. During the Second World War, Lyndon served briefly as a lieutenant commander in the Navy. His commitment and excellence in his work enabled him to receive a Silver Star in the South Pacific. Lyndon became a Senator in 1948 after he had served for six terms in the House. Five years later, he got to serve in the position of Minority Leader, becoming the youngest person to serve in that capacity in Senate history. In the year that followed, he got to serve as the Majority Leader when the Democrats won control of the (House Miller Center of Public Affairs, 2015). Lyndon was quite skillful and competent in legislative roles as he managed to ensure passage of several significant measures when Eisenhower was in power. Many people still consider him to be the most influential Leader of Majority of the twentieth century. During the campaign of 1960, Johnson was elected to the position of Vice President, as he was John F. Kennedy's running mate. Lyndon Baines Johnson became the president of the United States when John F. Kennedy was assassinated on November 22, 1963 in Dallas (Dallek, 2005).
Lyndon’s family abandoned farming in 1913, and relocated to nearby Johnson City. Although his family house was relatively comfortable by rural South standards at the time, it neither had indoor plumbing nor electricity. Bragg's law describes the angles for coherent and incoherent scattering from a crystal lattice. It was first proposed by William Lawrence Bragg and William Henry Bragg in 1913 to explain the patterns produced when X-rays interact with crystalline solids. Bragg's law states that constructive interference occurs when the path difference between scattered waves is equal to an integer multiple of the wavelength. This leads to peaks in the diffraction pattern. The Braggs were awarded the 1915 Nobel Prize in Physics for their work determining crystal structures using X-ray diffraction and Bragg's law.

Born on August 27, 1908 in Texas, Lyndon Baines Johnson went on to serve as the 36th president of the United States between 1963 and 1969. Popularly known as LBJ, Lyndon was a democrat who also served as a Senator and United States representative. Lyndon’s family had deep Texan roots and was among the earliest settlers in Lone Star State. The family had engaged in cotton farming and cattle rearing, and had also served as soldiers for the Confederacy. Lyndon’s parents were Sam and Rebekah Baines Johnson, and he was the first born in the family of five children. His mother was refined and reserved while his father was a conversationalist and an idealist, and often strived to do a lot more than just farm work. At only twenty-seven, Sam Johnson clinched a position in the Texas legislature where he served for five terms (Gold, 2008). When Lyndon was growing up, he had a compassion for the poor people living in rural areas, which followed him even as he was at the Southwest Texas State Teachers College (now called Texas State University), and also learnt a lot about discrimination when he was a teacher of Mexican student in Cotulla, Texas.
In 1937, Lyndon campaigned to join the House of Representatives, which he won through the support of his wife, Claudia "Lady Bird" Taylor. During his campaign, he was quite vocal in promoting the New Deal agenda, which was quite successful. During the Second World War, Lyndon served briefly as a lieutenant commander in the Navy. His commitment and excellence in his work enabled him to receive a Silver Star in the South Pacific. Lyndon became a Senator in 1948 after he had served for six terms in the House. Five years later, he got to serve in the position of Minority Leader, becoming the youngest person to serve in that capacity in Senate history. In the year that followed, he got to serve as the Majority Leader when the Democrats won control of the (House Miller Center of Public Affairs, 2015). Lyndon was quite skillful and competent in legislative roles as he managed to ensure passage of several significant measures when Eisenhower was in power. Many people still consider him to be the most influential Leader of Majority of the twentieth century. During the campaign of 1960, Johnson was elected to the position of Vice President, as he was John F. Kennedy's running mate. Lyndon Baines Johnson became the president of the United States when John F. Kennedy was assassinated on November 22, 1963 in Dallas (Dallek, 2005).
Lyndon’s family abandoned farming in 1913, and relocated to nearby Johnson City. Although his family house was relatively comfortable by rural South standards at the time, it neither had indoor plumbing nor electricity. WASHINGTON, DC - After a nearly decade in politics, Brandon Brice has decided to help veterans, school reformers, and small business owners through his work in media. As a 19 year-old college student Brandon Brice majored in business at Howard University in Washington, DC. Soon after Brandon Brice was on Capitol Hill as an intern for House Speaker Denny Hastert (R-IL), while a fellow at the Heritage Foundation. A fellowship at the United Nations brought Brandon Brice to New York where he’d eventually earn a Masters in International Affairs from Rutgers University as a fellow of their Eagleton Institute for Politics. Upon gaining experience through various community organizing and professional positions Brandon Brice felt prepared for a second graduate degree, an Executive Master of Public Affairs degree from Columbia University. Armed with some experience and pursuing an Ivy League educational credential, Brandon Brice became one of the founding bloggers at HipHopRepublican.com where he challenged his peers
- 2. to and fellow music and culture enthusiasts to look at issues through a politically conservative lens. Coming from a working-class family in Detroithe knew he wanted to make a difference in people’s everyday lives, the way his mom and dad did, a registered nurse and state trooper respectively. So when Governor Chris Christie (R-NJ) tapped Brandon Brice for a hybrid role as Director of African American Affairs and Education Policy Liaison for the Office of the Governor, Brandon Brice promptly rose to the challenge. Brandon Brice describes those days as:”Challenging because I had to walk a fine line to bring consensus for everyone at the table, in terms of black constituent groups, Ed-Reform groups, and the Administration, but we got it done and I’m very proud of those accomplishments” Brandon Brice immediately took to the educational policy aspect of his post, implementing 24 education reform programs on behalf of the governor, managed more than 2000 constituent relationships with key African-American stakeholders, and created a 15 member special advisory committee to advance the governor’s school reforms through the state legislature. Prior to the appointment of Commissioner Richard Constable (cabinet member), Brandon Brice was the highest-ranking black staffer in the Christie Administration. For his stint at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Brandon Brice was Property Representative in the Real Estate Unit working under the now disgraced David Wildstein. Eventually being proverbially chewed up and spit out by the injustices of the political world, Brandon Brice opted to return to the non-profit sector to make an impact for America’s - often unsung heroes - military veterans. Since veterans needed additional education to re-enter the civilian workforce Brandon Brice says he knew he could support the mission of the Veterans Empowerment Organization of Georgia and relocated to Atlanta. As their Director of Strategic Partnerships, Brandon Brice maintained a million dollar budget to provide temporary housing for veterans assimilating back into civilian life. The organization also offered educational programs to assist returning veterans as well. As a collaborative result the White House and former US President Jimmy Carter, a fellow Georgian, recently recognized the organization. Brandon Brice says: “I will continue raising awareness for the issues I believe in, education reform, small business advocacy, and supporting our veterans, through my work in media while I explore some upcoming long-term opportunities in those areas”.
