This document discusses how advances in neuroscience can inform new approaches to leadership. It covers key topics like the triune brain model consisting of the reptilian, mammalian, and human/neocortex parts. The social brain and neuroplasticity are also discussed, highlighting how the brain is hardwired for social connection and continues developing throughout life. The presentation argues that understanding these brain concepts can help leaders tap into the power of the brain and develop the whole person, moving beyond more mechanistic leadership models of the past.
