decision making authority of library to collect
relevant ,appropriate and cost effective
resources (i.e books ,magazine, newspaper,
articles etc.)in efficient and effective way.

Public library is library ,most often a lending
library ,that is accessible by the general public
It is funded by public sources such as taxes
They are entirely voluntary, no one is forced to
use library .
