FIRST MORTGAGE BOND, 10% SERIES DUE 2040
Prada Luxury Brands Corporation a New York Corporation for value received hereby promises to pay to
Roselle Soliva on the first day of January 2040, the sum of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS.
And to pay to the registered owner interest on said sum shall be paid at the rate of 10 percentium (10%)
per annum payable semi-annually on the first day of January and the first day of July on each year. Both the
principal of and the interest on this bond shall be payable at the office or agency of the company in the City of
New York, United States of America, or at the option of the company in any coin or currency of the USA is legal
lender for the payment of public and private debts.
This bond shall be entitled to any security or benefit under the mortgage or be valid or become obligatory
for any purpose unless and until it what have been authenticated by the execution of the corporate in trust under
the mortgage of the certificate endorsed herein.
2. In witness whereof Prada Luxury Brands Corporation has caused the bonds to be executed in its name by
its President and has caused its Corporate seal to herein be affixed by its secretary as of the first day of January
2016.
