This would be achieved through expanding the nominating committee's role and creating a leadership workgroup of board members, staff, and members.

- 25. THE STRATEGY Expand the ambition of the Nominating Committee to the development of the leadership potential that resides within the NESEA community. Create a LEADERSHIP WORKGROUP that includes members of the Board, the Staff, and a select group of NESEA members.
