2. Down Sizing, Merits/demerits & way of action.
3. Over Head Charges, action needed to reduce it.
4. Improve Quality, action needed.

Company Performance, facing 8 M PKR Loss in this year. 2. Down Sizing, Merits/demerits & way of action. 3. Over Head Charges, action needed to reduce it. 4. Improve Quality, action needed. 5. Develop new areas for Business, action needed. MEETING DECESSION: Following are the decisions to overcome business loss, Sr. # DECISION RESPONSIBILITY TARGET DATE 01 Spare additional Non technical Staff, A Committee of Following Members (IK, SK, MN, and MZ) will decide regarding staff requirement. (IK, SK, MN, and MZ) 10th December, 2011. 02 Develop Technical training Centre to improve the Workers Skills and Senior Employees will transfer into Training department. (IK, SK, MZ) 15th January, 2012. 03 To reduce Over Head Charges, Medical Facility OPD & Hospitalization will transfer to Insurance Company; This Action will save 2 M PKR annually. (IK, MZ, SK) 01st December, 2011 06 Lab will be equipped with Auto test Bench Machine. (IK, MZ) 10th December, 2011 07 Data logging of all lab tests and will share to all management on daily basis. (MZ, MN, ZAK) 01st December, 2011 08 A Reject production report will immediately send to Plant Manager, and will take feedback from Production Manager till permanent removal of issue. (IK, MZ, MN) 20th December, 2011 09 Marketing Business strategy will be reviewed and a report with action Plan will be submitted. (AAK, ZAK) 10th December, 2011 10 To develop new Business areas a report will be submit by Marketing Division.
