Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director of Staffing & Operations to help support the company's rapid growth. As a mid-sized biotechnology company known for outstanding science and an expanding pipeline, Regeneron has grown from 700 to over 1400 employees since 2008 and expects continued growth. The ability to hire employees quickly is critical to ongoing success, so the staffing function is viewed as a core competency. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of HR leadership experience designing and implementing talent strategies, experience leading a mid-sized or large staffing function, comfort with an outsourced staffing model, and a strong technology and process orientation.

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, located in Tarrytown, NY (Westchester County, NY), is

candidates.
Because the ability to hire outstanding employees rapidly is critical to our ongoing
success, the Staffing function at Regeneron is viewed as a core strategic
competency. Regeneron has built a strong, innovative staffing team and process,
which includes both Internal Resources and a Recruitment Process Outsourcing
(RPO) component. We need a strong staffing leader to help support Regeneron’s
growth and to continue building a great staffing function.
Reporting to the Vice President Human Resources, the ideal candidate will have:
 10+ years broad Human Resources leadership experience including
designing and implementing talent acquisition strategies with a strong
preference for those having pharmaceutical industry related experience.
 Led a mid-sized to large staffing function and/or led an HR function where
staffing is a critical component
 Comfort with an outsourced staffing model (RPO)
 A Strong Technology and Process Orientation with the goal of
implementing or developing best practices into the staffing function
