 Considered to be a maritime tactical Expert through my experience at undersea
commands (SDV) and SEAL Teams conducting Visit Board Search and Seizure
(VBSS), operating from Special Boat Teams, riverine boats, coastal maritime
platforms, Naval surface vessels and submarines.
 Leading Petty Officer for the Maritime Cell for a SEAL Task unit. Navigating
distances up to 60 miles in US and International coastal regions in Europe, North
Africa and South West Asia. Conducted at sea rendezvous with US Submarines
and surface vessels and other small craft.
 Subject Matter Expert in international and transnational terrorism throughout the
Middle East, Europe, Africa, Central and South America. Can speak on this topic
and region knowledgeably.
 Tactical training advisor in 11 countries extending over 4 continents focusing on
maritime and counter terrorism operations.
 I Planned, developed and supervised the execution of the first Jordanian 4th
Maritime Fly away capability for the country of Jordan. The King of Jordan,
made this request to the 4th Maritime Head Quarters, in response to piracy acts
against commercial shipping companies with Jordanian crewmembers. Supervised
the training for the planning and execution of a flyaway maritime assault force
and subsequent non-compliant take down of a pirate/ terrorist held vessel
followed.
 I have presented un-official assessments of terrorist organizations and threats they
pose to critical US infrastructure, and the maritime environment, such as
commercial shipping, cruise liners and chemical and oil waterfront loading areas.
 I have produced port security and maritime threat assessment folders for 9
countries. Port and Harbor packages included Force Protection security Measures,
Gap in Host Nation capabilities to respond to a maritime crises, identified high,
medium and low threat areas, hydro surveys and recommendations for
accountability, recovery and extraction of US personnel.
 I have conducted my own security assessments for pier side IED, vessel born IED,
riverine ambush with IED while conducting security for US Naval Vessel port
visits. I have participated in hull sweeping security operations for Naval Vessels
in high-risk ports.
 Developed the first Maritime Special Operation (MSO) mission folders for high
interest coastal regions in the Middle East, Levant and Africa
 Designed and authored the first Maritime Special Operations reporting formats
for NSW in maritime environments
 Have designed Scenarios based on actual and perceived maritime threats for US
and Foreign SOF. I am familiar with conducting and teaching maritime Sensitive
Site Exploitation (SSE), conducting hull searches and bottom searches.
 I am familiar with submerged Cache, Over The beach (OTB) cache and agent
meets. I have developed training plans and trained SOF on these skills based on
practical knowledge and experience.
 I have dedicated thousands of hours working the HUMIT environment. I have
become better than most intelligence specialist at researching, compiling,
analyzing and producing packages in the HUMIT environment. These packages
are not only informative with knowledge but also, are developed to keep you alive
so when you walk into an area you know what to expect and the actual ground
threat. This is based on experience as well as research.
 I have experience conducting maritime assessments of Spetsnatz TTP’s in
enclosed bodies of water such as the Caspian Sea. I identified the difference in
maritime TTP’S in enclosed bodies of water and coastal regions to include ports
and harbors.
 I understand most threats, such as FATA, Hezbollah, ISIS, FARC, insurgent and
criminal organizations, and how they often work together and to what extent. This
includes maritime transit tactics, forces and basic capabilities.
 I have a thorough understanding of Islam, both major groups Sunni and Shia and
smaller sects of Islam.
 I have developed Escape and Recovery plans and Force Protection guidelines for
11 countries of medium to high threat. This includes daily travel routes for routine
movement.
 I have Thousands of hours of undocumented time on Special Operations Maritime
Vessels. Instructed SEAL Platoons in Maritime Navigation and Over The Horizon
tactics.
 I have supervised the Diving Operations within the Chesapeake Bay ports and
harbors, Puerto Rico, and Elizabeth River. I am familiar with conducting hull
searches on maritime vessels.
 Developed Jet Ski Tactics for Personal Recovery in denied areas
 I maintain all previous contacts with US Government Intelligence agencies, and

The King of Jordan, made this request to the 4th Maritime Head Quarters, in response to piracy acts against commercial shipping companies with Jordanian crewmembers. Supervised the training for the planning and execution of a flyaway maritime assault force and subsequent non-compliant take down of a pirate/ terrorist held vessel followed.  I have presented un-official assessments of terrorist organizations and threats they pose to critical US infrastructure, and the maritime environment, such as commercial shipping, cruise liners and chemical and oil waterfront loading areas.  I have produced port security and maritime threat assessment folders for 9 countries. Port and Harbor packages included Force Protection security Measures, Gap in Host Nation capabilities to respond to a maritime crises, identified high, medium and low threat areas, hydro surveys and recommendations for accountability, recovery and extraction of US personnel.  I have conducted my own security assessments for pier side IED, vessel born IED, riverine ambush with IED while conducting security for US Naval Vessel port visits. I have participated in hull sweeping security operations for Naval Vessels in high-risk ports.  Developed the first Maritime Special Operation (MSO) mission folders for high interest coastal regions in the Middle East, Levant and Africa  Designed and authored the first Maritime Special Operations reporting formats for NSW in maritime environments  Have designed Scenarios based on actual and perceived maritime threats for US and Foreign SOF. I identified the difference in maritime TTP’S in enclosed bodies of water and coastal regions to include ports and harbors.  I understand most threats, such as FATA, Hezbollah, ISIS, FARC, insurgent and criminal organizations, and how they often work together and to what extent. This includes maritime transit tactics, forces and basic capabilities.  I have a thorough understanding of Islam, both major groups Sunni and Shia and smaller sects of Islam.  I have developed Escape and Recovery plans and Force Protection guidelines for 11 countries of medium to high threat. This includes daily travel routes for routine movement.  I have Thousands of hours of undocumented time on Special Operations Maritime Vessels. Instructed SEAL Platoons in Maritime Navigation and Over The Horizon tactics.  I have supervised the Diving Operations within the Chesapeake Bay ports and harbors, Puerto Rico, and Elizabeth River.
