This document discusses the Blue Brain project, which aims to create a virtual human brain through detailed computer simulation. The Blue Brain project is led by IBM and aims to simulate the human brain down to the molecular level within 30 years. This would allow human intelligence, knowledge, and skills to potentially be uploaded into a computer system. The virtual brain would require extremely powerful supercomputers, memory, and software to simulate the complex network of neurons in the human brain. Both advantages like extended intelligence and disadvantages like dependency on computers are discussed for creating a virtual human brain.
