BLOW THE CANDLE
1. The pupil must sit down comfortably with
his back straight.
2. Concentrate on his breathing: breathe in
slowly and deeply through his nose, filling the
air diaphragm. Hold his breath for a few
seconds and exhale slowly through his
mouth
3. Continue to breathe, but feeling the
intensity with which the air exits through the
mouth. Increase the intensity gradually
4. The teacher should put a lit candle at
some distance from the pupil (approx. 50
cm).
5. After viewing the candle, the pupil closes
his eyes and then he must try to put out the
candle with one blow.
