This document provides instructions for conducting a blood typing test to determine a person's blood group and type. The test uses a glass slide with three circles containing monoclonal antibodies (anti-A, anti-B, anti-D) and a blood sample from the finger. Mixing the blood in each circle allows observation of agglutination reactions that identify the presence or absence of antigens A, B, and the Rh factor, determining the individual's blood group and type (A+, A-, etc.). Understanding blood groups is important for blood transfusions to avoid transfusion reactions.
