Just like working your  SPHERE   of influence now, it’s about investing into relationships and then  ASKING   for the sale or for referrals. D.  FOLLOW UP - The more immediate value of web work is not as much in getting  NEW  customers as it is with getting  REPEAT  business. We all struggle to stay in touch with our past customers and Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter provide a  CENTRALIZED,   consistent and free way to do that.  E.  EXPERT POSITIONING – People always want to buy from the people they think are the best.
