 Developing Road Map
 Formulating the Strategy
 Implementing the Plan
 Setting Standard Performance

company as the companies are becoming adaptable and dynamic and are not
frightened by changing trends in the market and are ready to change its
segmentation and targeting strategies since they get market insights. Artificial
Intelligence has proved as a boom for servicesector allacross theglobe and due
to the Covid-19 pandemic in which human beings are not able to interact with

improve the functioning of business. AI has definitely transformed the way in
which marketing takes place but it has some drawbacks as well:

 Lack of Involvement of Human Beings in decision making process
AI is said to be one of the greatest resource for mankind in the future but you
can’t trust technology completely you have to be self- reliant and should rely
upon the insights given by it to make effective decision making which would
smoothen the process of decision making and everyone can be willing to give
suggestions. Technology is advancing day by day and you have to be careful
regardingits implication and usageto get the desired resultsin the desired time.

AI has definitely transformed the way in which marketing takes place but it has some drawbacks as well:  Reducing Employment Opportunities  Lacks Creativity  Higher Price Tag  Lack of Involvement of Human Beings in decision making process AI is said to be one of the greatest resource for mankind in the future but you can’t trust technology completely you have to be self- reliant and should rely upon the insights given by it to make effective decision making which would smoothen the process of decision making and everyone can be willing to give suggestions.
