and/or imposing restrictions due to Covid-19,
some individuals started to think if a negative
PCR test or Antibody test could free them
from these restrictions.

health pass showing a

seems to be a solution
gaining acceptance over
paper-based certificates.

Roche Ukraine to protect their workforce
dHeath has developed an open health certificate
registry where the digital twin of a test or vaccination
on the blockchain can be used
even to verify it independently.

6. 2. Improve treatment of
hemophilia patients with CENTIVA
LIFE app.
Poor data quality and a lack of treatment monitoring in
everyday life make it difficult to allocate the appropriate
treatment and medication to hemophilia patients.

7. dHealth, together with a Patient Advocacy Group
and a Swiss-based pharma company
implemented the blockchain-based app
CENTIVA LIFE to incentivize patients or the family
of child patients to provide/update real-world
data.

being used to preserve

patients, allow for a
GDPR conform data
handling and the transfer
of Digital Health Points
(DHP) for providing data.
Patients and their
families use the DHP to
redeem benefits.

9. Finally, after one year of preparation which was
hampered by the pandemic the first patients are
being onboarded this January 2021. It is the
expectation of all parties involved that data in the
existing patient registry will improve, therefore,
therapy outcomes for hemophilia patients will too.

Tracking with

Coast

people every year.

12. dHealth is part of the consortium under the lead of
the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute
conducting the Blockrabies study. Prof. Jacob
Zinsstag (Swiss TPH) initiated the study
“BLOCKRABIES – Blockchain high-coverage rabies
post-exposure prophylaxis to achieve zero human
rabies deaths in Africa” which is funded by THE
EUROPEAN & DEVELOPING COUNTRIES CLINICAL
TRIALS PARTNERSHIP.

13. Parties involved are the Institut Pasteur, Université
des Sciences, des Techniques et des Technologies
de Bamako (USTTB), Laboratoire Central Vétérinaire
(LCV) – Bamako, Institut National d’Hygiène
Publique – Côte d’Ivoire, and the Ministère des
Ressources Animales et Halieutiques – Cote d’Ivoire.

This project aims to improve tuberculosis
treatment adherence in the era of digital
financing, as well as strengthen the knowledge
base for patient treatment and care.

18. The goal is to include 5’000 TB patients at the
NLH annually. In parallel, data collection is
extended to patients suffering from different
respiratory diseases.
