High available BizTalk infrastructure on Azure IaaSBizTalk360
An high available BizTalk infrastructure is strongly dependent on the underlying HA SQL Server infrastructure.
Nowadays, you can install HA SQL Server on Azure IaaS leveraging the AlwaysOn Availability Group feature but unfortunately this configuration is not supported by BizTalk. So we opted for the use of a third-party solution that allows us to create an SAN-less SQL Server Failover Cluster. In this session, we will walk through the main steps to create a BizTalk High Available infrastructure on Azure IaaS, the problems we faced and the numbers we collected.
Application Lifecycle Management for BizTalk solutions is quite challenging. Many community tools are available, but it’s not straightforward to combine them into one solution. In this session, Toon will focus on how to set up Continuous Integration for your BizTalk solutions, based on experience from the field. Some tips and tricks on automatic unit testing, build, deployment and integration testing.
After ten years, not only Visug has changed the world while staying young and relevant. Let’s revisit our old friend the TFS/VSTS build service and see how it works nowadays, why it has become what it is today and how it can be used and customized to your heart’s content!
If you are planning on building a connect integration for any of the Atlassians cloud offerings, growth, performance, and stability should be your highest priorities. In addition, you have to think of keeping the cost down, delivering the product on time, and keeping both users and developers happy.
In this session, Nathan Burrell will talk about the architecture of Bitbucket Pipelines (Beta) which is a feature of Bitbucket Cloud that is integrated via connect, runs on AWS and heavily utilises docker. He will walk you through examples that show how one can implement a solid integration while staying aligned and meeting all previously mentioned priorities. You will learn about best practices, software architecture insights, and the technologies that are readily available to assist you in your endeavours.

Azure cloud for the web frontend developersMaxim Salnikov
It’s impossible to reason about modern web application without mentioning its front-end part – extensive, feature-rich, performant, sometimes with quite sophisticated structure and build process, but after all not requiring server-side code to construct it in the runtime, i.e. static. In the Azure cloud, we now have a special service for this kind of apps (including both classic SPAs and statically generated ones), empowering developers to focus on the business logic rather than the infrastructure that builds and hosts them.
In my technical session & demo, let's go through the full development flow: we scaffold a web front-end app, push it to the GitHub, set up Azure Static Web App service, enjoy the fully automatic build, and deploy to global high-availability hosting - all in a few minutes!

Finally he will explain and demonstrate the usage of the BRE Pipeline Framework CodePlex project to build loosely coupled and lightweight solutions with minimal custom development.
The fall of the BizTalk Architect – From something abstract to something usefulBizTalk360
BizTalk Architects have always taken themselves a bit too seriously and have been able to dictate rules for integration based on things that is important to no one but them.
Only the BizTalk architect really care about port names and making the BizTalk environment look pretty. We are at a time in history were “integration is hard” is becoming less and less of an excuse for such behavior. Both technology and people have become smarter and integration has shifted to a more function based focus. Make it work is more important than make is pretty and reusable.
I will be presenting a solution to all these problems.

Neuro-symbolic (NeSy) AI is on the rise. However, simply machine learning on just any symbolic structure is not sufficient to really harvest the gains of NeSy. These will only be gained when the symbolic structures have an actual semantics. I give an operational definition of semantics as “predictable inference”.
All of this illustrated with link prediction over knowledge graphs, but the argument is general.

Elevating Tactical DDD Patterns Through Object CalisthenicsDorra BARTAGUIZ
After immersing yourself in the blue book and its red counterpart, attending DDD-focused conferences, and applying tactical patterns, you're left with a crucial question: How do I ensure my design is effective? Tactical patterns within Domain-Driven Design (DDD) serve as guiding principles for creating clear and manageable domain models. However, achieving success with these patterns requires additional guidance. Interestingly, we've observed that a set of constraints initially designed for training purposes remarkably aligns with effective pattern implementation, offering a more ‘mechanical’ approach. Let's explore together how Object Calisthenics can elevate the design of your tactical DDD patterns, offering concrete help for those venturing into DDD for the first time!

Connector Corner: Automate dynamic content and events by pushing a buttonDianaGray10
Here is something new! In our next Connector Corner webinar, we will demonstrate how you can use a single workflow to:
Create a campaign using Mailchimp with merge tags/fields
Send an interactive Slack channel message (using buttons)
Have the message received by managers and peers along with a test email for review
But there’s more:
In a second workflow supporting the same use case, you’ll see:
Your campaign sent to target colleagues for approval
If the “Approve” button is clicked, a Jira/Zendesk ticket is created for the marketing design team
But—if the “Reject” button is pushed, colleagues will be alerted via Slack message
Join us to learn more about this new, human-in-the-loop capability, brought to you by Integration Service connectors.
