3. William Reynolds (Presenter & educator)

► Significant experience in the medical devices & healthcare industries; diverse
experience in business development, finance, operations management, process
improvement & strategic planning; versed in Lean & Six Sigma techniques
► Served as an Airborne Ranger with the U.S. Army's XVIII Airborne Corps, with
tours of duty in Korea & Iraq. Retired as a Captain after a serious injury;
received a Bronze Star & Purple Heart for his service
► Co-founded the Wounded Patriot Foundation & OASIS (Outdoor Adventures for
Sacrifice in Service) Adaptive Sports; volunteers & serves on the board for
Cameron Community Ministries
► BS from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point; MBA in Health Sciences
Management & Operations & a Masters in Public Health from the University of
Rochester.

4. Caltha Seymour (Facilitator)
► First-year as facilitator & support staff at Duke Fuqua C-LEAD 2 experience
► Tulane University Director of the Academic Service Center for Student-Athletes
at Tulane University; former Director of Academic Operations for the Army
football, track & field, & women’s soccer programs at West Point
► Mentored cadet-athletes at West Point; initiated the first Student-Athlete

Centre for Enhanced Performance
