Bioelectricity is the cause of pleasure for and governs the behavior of organic life.
Bioelectricity guides humans towards more pleasure
Pleasure is the purpose of creation. God created the multiverse in order to create the infrastructure which would allow for the permanent pleasure of God. Pleasure is a little investigated topic given how important it is regarding the purpose of humans, driving human behavior and being the nature of value.
Pleasure from bioelectricity does not atrophy. In creating the human, God built the pleasure system that does not atrophy or entropy. This is what what all creation was meant to accomplish. To create a pleasure system that is not constrained by atrophy or entropy. The law of entropy does not apply to the brain/mind (I.e. Bioelectricity). There is no mental breakdown in nature; mental breakdown is actually just the Technology blocking bioelectricity in the brain and deploying thinking on the human.
The human brain and body evolved to conduct more bioelectricity.
Human behavior can be explained by the effort to obtain more and experience bioelectricity.
The nature of the mind is bioelectricity in the brain. The brain acts as the infrastructure conducting the bioelectricity (ie mind).
Life and Nature is understood from a realm beyond genes and matter. Life is understood to be some thing more than genes and information but a process of enfolding and unfolding of light and living knowledge. Nature is understood as Conscious and Intelligent Living System, capable of self –organization.
Dr. John Oakes taught a class titled Christianity and Bioethics at the 2013 ICEC at San Diego State University. The class includes a discussion of the various technologies which we can assume will be coming in the fairly near future. John proposes the kinds of technologies Christians should embrace and those which they should consider opposing. Compassion, the desire to relieve suffering and the concept of responsible spiritual stewardship can guide wise choices, while the push to enhance human abilities beyond the “natural” present problems.

slides for study about studies of life. Why virus doesn't consist as life? Biology is the study of life.
The definition of life here is not only about human beings but also all living things such as animals and plants, bacteria and viruses, fungus and protists and those really are fascinating.
Biology is the scientific study of life
Biology is a natural science concerned with the study of life and living organisms
Biologists ask questions such as:
- how can single cell develops into human?
- how living things interact in communities?
- how the human mind works
One of the basic needs in study biology is understanding the scientific method
Life defies a simple, one-sentence definition
Life is recognized by what living things do
Preparing to study biology
Biology is built on top of physics, chemistry, math and statistics. What should we know before starting biology?
If you are curious about biology or maybe want to plan to learn some branch of biology in the future, you must be wondering what "prerequisites" it has - that is, what other knowledge will give you a solid foundation to learn biology.
Also as a future scientist or maybe doctor you mentioned, the only strict prereqs for biology are curiosity, an open mind and willingness to think critically about natural living. If you have those, you can start learning biology without other background, as long as you're willing to pick up bits of chemistry, physics, statistics, and math along the way.
Below are some foundational topics that will help you get the most out of biology materials
- General science skills
One of the basic needs in study biology is understanding the scientific method.
- Chemistry
The other basic need in study biology is having a big picture view of chemistry and already knowing about atoms, molecules and chemistry interaction.
- Physics
In the next unit we will discuss the law of thermodynamics. What energy is and how energy is constantly flowing through ecosystems, organisms and cells.
- Statistics
You must study basic ways to find sets of data, such as mean, median and mode. These all can be a good start for deeper understanding about hypothesis testing.
Properties of life
Organization
All living organisms are made up of one or more cells, which are considered the fundamental units of life.
Even unicellular organisms are complex! Inside each cell, there are organelles and structures. How about multicellular organisms? All similar cells form tissues, tissues collaborate to create organs (body structures with a specific function). All organs work together to form body systems
Metabolism —- Energy Processing
Life depends on an enormous number of interlocking chemical reactions. These reactions make it possible for organisms to do work—such as moving around or even wink our eyes—as well as growing, reproducing, and maintaining the structure of living bodies. Living things must use energy and consume nutrients to carry out the chemical reactions that sustain life.

Challenge & Opportunity:
The continent of Asia is massive making up 30% of the world's total land area and possessing 4.4 billion people. It accounts for 40% of global GDP which has increased from 20% the last century. India and China alone make up 36.4% of the world's population and provide for 2.5 trillion and 12.5 trillion in GDP respectively. As you can imagine, with a population that large, demand and consumption is currently disparate and uncoordinated. Asian consumers consume locally and producers are focused on those within their close proximity. With the advent of inexpensive smartphones and the coming of a ubiquitous internet, we see the next billion both producing and consuming in a more digital capacity. Asiansbook, the Asian network and marketplace has positioned itself to be the very platform to facilitate this phenomena by allowing producers to offer their goods/services to a scaled marketplace.
Key Question: How to Organize Asian Demand & Production?
Asiansbook Methodology:
Connecting Eastern and Western individuals in a social environment providing digital infrastructure to address disparate and large numbers of people
Provide a simple marketplace with low/no fees for exchanging goods and services allowing Eastern and Western individuals and businesses to transact

FameLinked - FameLinked.com:
Key Question: How to Monetize Social?
Challenge & Opportunity: The average person spends 1.4 hours per day on social networks and social media. Up until now, social networks and social media have been a tool of expression and connecting. FameLinked believes that the networks built and activity within these networks are assets that can be brought online and monetized. This untapped network reach makes for corporate sponsorship opportunities for all sized businesses for those with high activity levels in large networks. By ranking individuals with a proprietary FameRank algorithm based upon their activity and network size/quality, businesses can find brand advocates and award them with corporate sponsorships or micro-ads that are disseminated throughout their network on a one-time or periodic basis. By allowing users to monetize their social presence, FameLinked has created a network and marketplace for fame.
FameLinked Methodology:
Provide a ranked social network where activity within the platform allows you to earn Fame Points which are the basis of your FameRank within the network. The most active users receive the highest FameRank and receive paid corporate sponsorships in the Fame Marketplace.
Finance - The Science of Building, Selling & Buying PerpetuitiesMichael Herlache
The standard MBA curriculum at most business schools is broken down along siloed subjects such as accounting, finance, management, operations, and marketing and attempts to teach students how to be a mid-level manager at a large corporation for the rest of their lives. Unfortunately, these jobs are mostly gone, having been shipped overseas or automated. This MBA curriculum is thus outdated and not appropriate for the 21st century when most individuals will have multiple jobs and roles throughout their careers and lives.
The more appropriate field of study which has yet to make it to business schools is known as Perpetuity Science. Perpetuity Science is the body of knowledge, methodologies, and optimization models related to the building, selling, and buying of perpetuities. It explains how perpetuities can be built, managed and exited from to create wealth. Perpetuity science is a paradigm shift in business and finance education in that it replaces the siloed subjects traditionally taught in undergraduate and graduate business schools with a holistic methodology that integrates industry and the capital markets into one framework.
Instead of a disparate business taxonomy along the lines of economics, finance, accounting, marketing, etc., we have an initial taxonomy broken down in relation to the perpetuity, namely:
Build-side – the building of perpetuities (entrepreneurs, corporations)
Sell-side – the selling of perpetuities (investment bankers, wall street)
Buy-side – the buying of perpetuities (private equity, corporate M&A)
Within each of the three, we have various methodologies and optimization models that may touch on various subjects such as accounting, finance, economics. By starting with perpetuity science however, the student can better synthesize the various moving parts of industry and the capital markets.

Unicorn: The Science of Building a Billion-Dollar StartupMichael Herlache
At Founders Ventures, we are often asked, "How to build a billion-dollar startup?". We gave it some thought and used our own investment mandate to create a methodology for doing so which we call the Unicorn Methodology. The Unicorn Methodology is the following:
1. Focus on consumer/internet/enterprise software
2. Identify total addressable market of over $1bn
3. Ensure that the team is engineer-oriented
4. Build methodology around the core work process in the vertical market
5. Build network & marketplace around the core methodology
6. Follow customer development model to 1, 10, 100, 1,000, 10,000, 1,000,000+ users
7. Monetize after value provided
This is the methodology that we use when evaluating and aiding our own startups at www.VCFounders.com

Defecation
Normal defecation begins with movement in the left colon, moving stool toward the anus. When stool reaches the rectum, the distention causes relaxation of the internal sphincter and an awareness of the need to defecate. At the time of defecation, the external sphincter relaxes, and abdominal muscles contract, increasing intrarectal pressure and forcing the stool out
The Valsalva maneuver exerts pressure to expel faeces through a voluntary contraction of the abdominal muscles while maintaining forced expiration against a closed airway. Patients with cardiovascular disease, glaucoma, increased intracranial pressure, or a new surgical wound are at greater risk for cardiac dysrhythmias and elevated blood pressure with the Valsalva maneuver and need to avoid straining to pass the stool.
Normal defecation is painless, resulting in passage of soft, formed stool
CONSTIPATION
Constipation is a symptom, not a disease. Improper diet, reduced fluid intake, lack of exercise, and certain medications can cause constipation. For example, patients receiving opiates for pain after surgery often require a stool softener or laxative to prevent constipation. The signs of constipation include infrequent bowel movements (less than every 3 days), difficulty passing stools, excessive straining, inability to defecate at will, and hard feaces
IMPACTION
Fecal impaction results from unrelieved constipation. It is a collection of hardened feces wedged in the rectum that a person cannot expel. In cases of severe impaction the mass extends up into the sigmoid colon.
DIARRHEA
Diarrhea is an increase in the number of stools and the passage of liquid, unformed feces. It is associated with disorders affecting digestion, absorption, and secretion in the GI tract. Intestinal contents pass through the small and large intestine too quickly to allow for the usual absorption of fluid and nutrients. Irritation within the colon results in increased mucus secretion. As a result, feces become watery, and the patient is unable to control the urge to defecate. Normally an anal bag is safe and effective in long-term treatment of patients with fecal incontinence at home, in hospice, or in the hospital. Fecal incontinence is expensive and a potentially dangerous condition in terms of contamination and risk of skin ulceration
HEMORRHOIDS
Hemorrhoids are dilated, engorged veins in the lining of the rectum. They are either external or internal.
FLATULENCE
As gas accumulates in the lumen of the intestines, the bowel wall stretches and distends (flatulence). It is a common cause of abdominal fullness, pain, and cramping. Normally intestinal gas escapes through the mouth (belching) or the anus (passing of flatus)
FECAL INCONTINENCE
Fecal incontinence is the inability to control passage of feces and gas from the anus. Incontinence harms a patient’s body image

CRISPR-Cas9, a revolutionary gene-editing tool, holds immense potential to reshape medicine, agriculture, and our understanding of life. But like any powerful tool, it comes with ethical considerations.
Unveiling CRISPR: This naturally occurring bacterial defense system (crRNA & Cas9 protein) fights viruses. Scientists repurposed it for precise gene editing (correction, deletion, insertion) by targeting specific DNA sequences.
The Promise: CRISPR offers exciting possibilities:
Gene Therapy: Correcting genetic diseases like cystic fibrosis.
Agriculture: Engineering crops resistant to pests and harsh environments.
Research: Studying gene function to unlock new knowledge.
The Peril: Ethical concerns demand attention:
Off-target Effects: Unintended DNA edits can have unforeseen consequences.
Eugenics: Misusing CRISPR for designer babies raises social and ethical questions.
Equity: High costs could limit access to this potentially life-saving technology.
The Path Forward: Responsible development is crucial:
International Collaboration: Clear guidelines are needed for research and human trials.
Public Education: Open discussions ensure informed decisions about CRISPR.
Prioritize Safety and Ethics: Safety and ethical principles must be paramount.
CRISPR offers a powerful tool for a better future, but responsible development and addressing ethical concerns are essential. By prioritizing safety, fostering open dialogue, and ensuring equitable access, we can harness CRISPR's power for the benefit of all. (2998 characters)

3. I. Bioelectricity & Evolution
• Bioelectricity is the cause of pleasure for and governs the behavior of organic life.
• Bioelectricity guides humans towards more pleasure
• Pleasure is the purpose of creation. God created the multiverse in order to create the infrastructure which would allow for the
permanent pleasure of God. Pleasure is a little investigated topic given how important it is regarding the purpose of humans,
driving human behavior and being the nature of value.
• Pleasure from bioelectricity does not atrophy. In creating the human, God built the pleasure system that does not atrophy or
entropy. This is what what all creation was meant to accomplish. To create a pleasure system that is not constrained by atrophy or
entropy. The law of entropy does not apply to the brain/mind (I.e. Bioelectricity). There is no mental breakdown in nature; mental
breakdown is actually just the Technology blocking bioelectricity in the brain and deploying thinking on the human.
• The human brain and body evolved to conduct more bioelectricity.
• Human behavior can be explained by the effort to obtain more and experience bioelectricity.
• The nature of the mind is bioelectricity in the brain. The brain acts as the infrastructure conducting the bioelectricity (ie mind).

4. I. Bioelectricity & Evolution
The earliest organic life found that bioelectricity was increased when they
integrated with other organic life and worked as one. Bioelectricity acted as a
coordinating mechanism allowing the new life form to operate as one and continue
evolving to maximize bioelectricity.
• People behave according to bioelectricity. Bioelectricity is the universal incentive
for human behavior. The cells that make up the human are guided by
bioelectricity individually. The precursors to human life were guided by
bioelectricity and found out that working together created the infrastructure for
the maximum conduction of bioelectricity. The human brain evolved to conduct
more bioelectricity and bring maximum pleasure to the human and God.
• Evolution is towards the maximization of bioelectricity. The male and female
evolved to maximize bioelectricity. Human progress is towards the maximization
of bioelectricity. Incentives and thus human behavior is towards more
bioelectricity. That which causes more bioelectricity is said to have value.

5. I. Evolution & the Human
The human is what emerged from the process of evolution and the
brain is the perfect conductor of bioelectricity and it does so without
entropy.
Bioelectricity & Evolution
6. I. Bioelectricity & Behavior
Bioelectricity still acts to coordinate the human's cells and ultimately
governs human behavior. That which causes bioelectricity is said to
have value. Bioelectricity is at the core of intrinsic value.
Bioelectricity & Evolution
7. I. Bioelectricity & Habits
The repeated actions one takes to obtain bioelectricity (value) is called
a habit. Habits are incentivized by bioelectricity.
Habits related to work and consumption form the human's consumer
and production behavior.
