I have started 3 different and very successful dealerships from ground zero – for individual investors and group
investment companies, from applying for our dealer’s license and Finance license, finding the real estate for the
dealership, setting up the flooring plans, bought the entire inventory, setup vendors for recon, and detail,
website development, implemented CRMsystem, and DMS system, internet advertising, setup over 30 different
lenders ranging from credit unions to super sub-prime, including traditional prime auto lenders, hired all the
staff, desked all deals, did all financing, All accounting and analysis, title and reg, basically every single role in the
entire dealership, for many many years, with the exception of service, or the service division.
My biggest passion in my career is to educate, train, coach and mentor my staff 100% "Train your Replacement"
a philosophy not widely practiced in this industry, and give to them all the knowledge, education and experience I
have, so that they may grow and advance their skills, knowledge and career, for the better of the Team and them as
an individual.
