Summary
I have over 20yrs in this business of which 18yrs have been desking and F&I, financing or overseeing the
Finance both prime and sub-prime both franchise stores and large independents or more recently General
Manager / General Sales Manager - my focus and my passion is sub-prime,( Prime is a walk in the park, don’t
get me wrong who doesn’t like easy deals) it is way more rewarding, challenging and takes creativity and
tremendous negotiating skills along with strong and long relationships with the Buyers/Analysts and Funders,
with each and every lender in your toolbox.
I have spent 16yrs of my car career here in the valley, have built unbelievably long and strong relationships
among my peers, finance managers / directors / gsm's / and general managers of all stores both franchise and
independents here in the valley, Along with 100’s of different lenders, their reps, buyers, analyst, funders, and
VP’s from prime and credit unions to deep, deep sub-prime.
I am an extremely diverse and strong Team leader, and Team player –A roll up your sleeves, get dirty and do
whatever is needed manager, closer and an extremely talented and diverse finance guru.
I have started 3 different and very successful dealerships from ground zero – for individual investors and group
investment companies, from applying for our dealer’s license and Finance license, finding the real estate for the
dealership, setting up the flooring plans, bought the entire inventory, setup vendors for recon, and detail,
website development, implemented CRMsystem, and DMS system, internet advertising, setup over 30 different
lenders ranging from credit unions to super sub-prime, including traditional prime auto lenders, hired all the
staff, desked all deals, did all financing, All accounting and analysis, title and reg, basically every single role in the
entire dealership, for many many years, with the exception of service, or the service division.
My biggest passion in my career is to educate, train, coach and mentor my staff 100% "Train your Replacement"
a philosophy not widely practiced in this industry, and give to them all the knowledge, education and experience I
have, so that they may grow and advance their skills, knowledge and career, for the better of the Team and them as
an individual.
I believe through properly training and using a 100% honesty and transparency approach I can train and educated
and advance any one individual and in doing so can change and advance any team to out produce even their best
months.
