I write this recommendation on behalf of Mark Inglis. Mark has been the founding
Director of Technology at DSST for the last five years. Mark has been responsible for
creating and developing DSST’s nationally-known one-to-one lap top program and our
entire network infrastructure. Mark has been a key part of the school’s founding and
success.
Mark has three notable areas of strength: First, Mark is mission-driven. Mark has been a
supporter of our school’s mission since our inception. There is no one who has worked
harder to help accomplish our mission than Mark. Mark has taken interest in helping the
school and our students succeed far beyond his technology responsibilities. Second,
Mark has broad IT knowledge. Mark understands a lot about many different areas of
technology. He has experience in network development, network management,
educational technology use, one-to-one lap top programs, and the list could go on. His
breadth of knowledge is very impressive and particularly useful in start up situations.
Mark is able to solve lots of different problems because of this breadth. Lastly, Mark is a
hard-working team player. Mark has worked double the number of hours he is required
over the last five years. He will work until the job is done.
Mark has been a very important part of our founding team and he will be missed greatly.
He is a very capable and experienced educator and technology professional and will add
