- 2. Introduction What is the STaR Chart? It is a survey the helps us understand our level of technology implementation on campus. It helps us manage our progress. There are four key areas: Teaching & Learning, Educator Preparation & Development, Leadership/Administration & Instructional Support, and Infrastructure for Technology. Based on the survey, each key area is rated Early, Developing, Advanced, or Target.

- 4. Summary Key Area IV: Infrastructure for Technology is our greatest strength. We have a very robust connection with WiFi available and as a campus utilize e-mail as a primary communication tool for day to day operation of the campus. There is a helpdesk available for CLTs (Campus Technology Liaisons) to communicate with the staff and the district to troubleshoot issues.
- 5. Summary Key Area III: Leadership, Administration, & Instructional Support was our weakest area. One suggestion is to hire a computer lab teacher that is highly trained in technology. The computer lab teacher can assist teachers as well as students with issues. We don’t have to wait for a network specialist to come out to our campus.
