Relations Coordinator
Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Strong computer
knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite software packages preferred
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required

Position Summary: A billing representative ensures the quality of paperwork, phone prices,
promotions and items entered into the billing system to ensure that our customers get an accurate bill
and itemization of what they were sold. We ensure the subscriber agreements contain all signatures,
initials, contract terms, etc which make the contract legal and binding. The responsibilities of this
position include, but are not limited to, Billing, Quality Assurance and such other duties as the
company may assign.
The billing team looks for individuals who are detail-oriented, confident self-starters who use their
time wisely and can multi-task. Billing Representatives are required to work through issues with other
Cell One representatives to figure out a work around or solution. These reps must be quick thinking
and confident within the system.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
 Perform call testing for both post and prepaid plans
 Work logs
 Proof new and prepaid activations
 Sort and send out all pull bills
 Check online bill customers daily to make sure permissions are set up
 Remove paper bill deliver option for online bill customers that have paid online in the previous
month
 Set online bill notification to true
 Sort and distribute daily mail
 Activations for agents
 Proof agent’s paperwork
 Online bill questions/setup
 Work ebill mail
 Work the new activation report
 Proof plan changes
 Proof RP changes
 Send Tally/Revenue Impacting
 Work follow-ups
 Manage trouble tickets
 Work orders- incomplete and provisioning errors
 Proof re-rates
 Proof upgrades
 Clean out folders
 Proof contract transfers
 Correct errors in email addresses and expired addresses
 Proof IMEI swaps
 Manage Sales Channels
 Proof SIM swaps
 Proof special discounts
 Work with other Cell One employees on billing issues
 Travel to other locations and train on the billing system
 Review call testing for rating
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
 Maintain calling areas when new SIDs are added-validate against monthly calls and
SID
maintenance
 Maintain pricing plans, rates and roaming partners
 PR/AR research in preparation and follow up to weekly call
 Sit in on the weekly PR call
 Run incomplete pricing plan reports and work
 Run Missing Bid report and work
 Trend Airtime, Commnet, InterOp and Incollects
 Manage Intercarrier duties
 Send E911 file after bill approval
 Manage recycle
 Manage permissions
 Create logins/passwords
 Create new rate plans, features and discounts
 Maintain and manage number inventory
 Work with various third party vendors ( InterOp, BCGI, IDI, Commnet, Syniverse
and
Equinox)
 Implement and test new functionality
 Manage, monitor and approve bill run processes monthly
 Other Duties as required by the Company
Knowledge Required: Knowledge of the cellular industry is a plus.
