Formally trained in psychology research and practice, but been tinkering with computers and the web for much longer. I began my UX career at the federal government, an incredibly challenging place for both the craft and tenacity needed to transform organizational culture. Being asked to join the Watson team at IBM Design was an unexpected, but welcome opportunity to connect those dots.
