owners	KSL	Resorts.			
A	need	to	drive	awareness	
of	‘The	New	Belfry’	whilst	
still	drawing	on	its	rich	golf	
heritage,	through	brand	
positioning.	
Initially	contracted	for	3	
months,	extended	for	8	
months	until	permanent	
Marketing	Director	in	
place.	
Initiative	
£800k	budget	allocated.	
Developed	a	strategic	plan	
across	the	resort	(M&E,	
Leisure,	Golf,	Spa,	Health	
Club,	Bel	Air)	using	full	mix	-	
online	and	traditional	
methods.	
Appointed	2	x	PR	agencies	to	
support	‘New	Day’	launch	
events	for	VIPs,	key	clients	&	
media.	
Managed	a	team	of	2	
(Marketing	Manager	and	
Exec)	and	appointed	
Marketing	Director	&	
Marketing	Executive	
positions.	
	
Result	
Optimised	online	
presence	and	digital	
performance	through	
web	enhancements	and	
SEM	campaign.		Total	
visits	+15.7%	YOY	/	
ROAS	9.4:1.	
Successful	launch	
campaign	resulting	in	97	
articles	published	tin	
press	/	trade	publications

consult	for	12	month	
period,		extended	for	a	
further	15	months,	still

disparity	of	various	company	
logos	/	collateral	in	use,

greater	insight	into	data,	
particularly	B2B.

digital	strategy.	
Repositioned	Search	Engine	
Marketing	strategy,	geared	
towards	corporate	market.	
Worked	alongside	VP	and	
owners	to	identify	further	
acquisitions	for	the	group	–	
acquired	Marsh	Farm	Hotel	in	
September	’15.

reflecting	all	sectors	the	
group	operates	in	–	
M&E,	Leisure,	F&B,	
Weddings.	
Total	revenue	grew	by	
15.7%	YOY	2015	–	across	
the	group.	
Launched	targeted	email	
campaign	with	open	
rates	in	excess	of	26%.	
Traffic	to	website	up	
over	51%,	Users	57%,	
Page	Views	32%	YOY.
