CRITICS:-
Extension is an stretching out education integrates all the components to
prove “Hyogoframe work” or “we” feeling rather than ‘I’ as a behavioral

Integrated Research in extension education Now as a debate for whole
World?
By following the thumb rule of “United we stand…………… divided
we fall” means following a “we” approach rather than ‘I’ so, Integrated
extension system work via convergence, and convergence of all
disciplines of Agriculture as well as Rural Devt. Via “multidisciplinary”
Approach” . Now a days for Coordination both collaboration and
facilitation is mandatory via “Hugo: Frame work approach. I may called
as Pluralistic Extension may called as “ Pluralistic extension” by proving
“R-E-F-M” linkage and “S-R-E-P” Approach in ATMA. Hence be
justified in KVK system/SAV it can be conglomerate in Research-
Extension Academics hence be proved.
12. By proving various critics and analyzing the Hypothesis theoretically
we can agree that integrated Research on Extension must be possible to
prove the sociodynamics and family approach of extension for the social
welfare of the society. Hence be proved the paradigm shift of extension
from Research.

JUSTIFICATION:-
As India is an Agrarian and democratic country so, here
extension education was started from Bihar(Sabour): It is
already called as “Family approach” means integrated
approach means paradigm shift from singular to plural (I to
we) Means pluralistic extension. As extension education is
stretching out education consisting of continuous process
and meaning for changing of Knowledge,Skill,Attitude &
Attribute so, We are acting as “changing Agent” Where as

CRITICAL ANALYSIS-1
If we critically analyze “ Extension program” we can find
the social Research, If there is a voice of innovation,

If we critically analyze “S-R-E-P” approach by complementing with
“Top-down” and “Bottom-UP” approach then we find the extension
Research by “ATMA” a beautiful model in extension Reforms.
15. If we analyze RRTTS,RRS in “SAU” system we may find
“Research” and “Technology Transfer” in this ground. So, both
Research and technology transfer is existing in extension education.

mandates of research. So, by OFT,FLD,FFS Research may possible in
terms of “Farming system Researcher”

In Academia, When the Research scholars were conducting
their dissertation/thesis work by choosing a problem, they
will conduct research in terms of pilot study or Humanistic
study by direct interaction with farmers. So, this may be
called as “social science Research”

proposition that Research in extension education is possible.
Suitable strategic Measures for Conducting Research in Extension
Education?
For conducting Research in Extension Education the following suitable
strategies may be applied.
1. As extension education is a social and behavior science then while
conducting research we should become “Humane”, or
“Socialistic” by the process of socialization by following
assimilation and aculturization.
2. Be humble during conducting “PRA”/”RRA” methods by
eradicating bias or commitment.
3. Every research should be farmer led/Women-Led means e.g.
Farmer Led extension education .(Women Market led approach)

propelled strategies should be applied in field.
5. Various expert systems should be developed by extension education.
e.g. Extension expert system in rice
6. Accordingly knowledge management portals should be developed.
E.g. Rice knowledge management portal.
7. As extension people’s were public policy makers and reformer of
social entities so, every innovation, invention should reach to rural
people means easily accessible to all.
8.The family oriented extension education may yield a best result.
9. Privatization/commericialization of extension education may
possible in case of liberalization,Globalization,Provatization.

CONCLUDING REMARKS:-
So, extension education may be applied in various aspects
as it has no limit. If it is applied in Broad sense, then it is
called “Broad Based Extension”, hence be justified.
