  • Program Architect for the firm; designs leadership development experiences using the
    modalities of one-on-one coaching, seminars/workshops/retreats, multimedia segments
    and elearning for courses in multiple industries.
  • Recently led a $148 thousand contract to develop the leaders of the New Haven Housing
    Authority residential sites. Resulted in improved involvement of leaders, development of
    citywide council by-laws and operational procedures, efficiency of meetings and overall
    understanding of the responsibility and accountability that accompanies a leadership
    position.
  • Partners with Fortune 200 clients to design, develop and deliver training initiatives.

Select Consulting Projects

Global Technology Company: In partnership with the client executive, Ms. Oneal designed and
co-led a team of multidisciplinary consultants to deliver a half day career development
seminar for one of the divisional business units($5.3 billion) prime government contractor,
with general and dual track sessions. The components of the workshop included multimedia

        video, all seminar materials for consultants and participants, executive survey, management
        expert panels, and audience response system.
        International Petroleum Company: Ms. Oneal led the design, development and delivery effort
        for a standalone course to increase the readiness of minority and women suppliers to secure
        corporate contracts. This course will be distributed at a national level via multiple certifying
        organizations. Ms. Oneal led the project team in conducting the research to support the
        course content development, development and implementation of surveys of procurement
        professionals, and minority and women business owners, the creation of a multimedia video,
        and all training materials. This course is being piloted in multiple regions across the country.
        Outcomes of this training included a better alignment of the definition of readiness between
        minority and woman business owners, and corporate procurement. Additional outcomes
        include the creation of a development plan for each participant to improve his/her readiness
        to secure corporate contracts.
        National Multimedia Corporation: Ms. Oneal led and managed a 9-year relationship with a
        senior executive of a $400 million business unit. Designed, developed management and
        department retreats aimed at performance improvement. During this time client experienced
        an average of 20% annual growth. Retreat titles included:
