•Fermented alcohol is prepared by the process of breaking down
sugar in liquid form into alcohol and CO2 with the reaction of yeast.
•Alcoholic strength is from 5% to 25% alcohol by volume.
•Examples: Beer, wines etc.

DISTILLED ALCOHOL
•It is an alcoholic beverage containing ethanol that is produced by
distilling ethanol produced by means of fermenting grain, fruit, or
vegetables.
•Alcoholic strength: up to 75.5% alcohol by volume.
•Examples: Whiskey, vodka, rum, brandy, tequila etc

•These are the flavored alcohol.
•It contains high alcoholic strength.
