• Multiple leads come in for the same company. User
wants to convert all leads to be under the same
account, but only 1 (or zero) opportunities.
• A duplicate lead is created via the contact us form
on the website. User wants to set it to Qualified and
close it, without creating an opportunity.
• User wants to create an opportunity, but name it
differently from the lead, without having to edit the
opportunity after it opens.
