– Answers must build brand & move you forward
• Know what you need right now (or soon)

4. Have an Intake Process
• Get biz card (notes on back if nec.)
• Connect on LI
• Connect on Twitter
• Do (or schedule) follow-up
– in-person, digital, or none

5. Have anTY Process
• At end of each day (or start of next) – TY
• Low-level = SM shout-out/email/text/call
• Mid-level = Card with SB gift card
– I have these with me at all times
• High-level = Pan of choc. chip bar cookies

6. Prepare for Online
• Create an image file (TY, Birthday, Congrats)
• Have a prioritized plan/order of activities
– BE ACTIVE!
– FB birthdays, msgs., comments, etc.
– LI requests/messages/congrats/add new connections
– Twitter, Insta, etc. . . .
