3. Many clerks solely use Gmail or
Outlook for their emails.
These platforms are great for
everyday communications but
not so great for email
newsletters to your parish and
wider communications.

(GDPR) compliance.
In Gmail or Outlook what if you accidentally send out an email
to a large distribution list and don’t use blind copy?
You will have breached data regulations.
Mailchimp's tools and resources allow you to stay compliant
with the GDPR and easily gather consent for your marketing
campaigns.

If you have 500 email addresses on your database or less,
Mailchimp is FREE to use
You can easily create visually appealing campaigns after a little
bit of training
You can keep your parish council email newsletters consistent
with brand colours, logo etc.
