(Salaat) Prayer is an external and an internal practice :
a set of physical exercises with reading various Qur’anic
verses.
After Niyaat (intention) :–1Position
1-bring hands .
2-palm open.
3-up to ears.
4-place thumbs behind ears.
5- as “ Allah Akbar ” (Allah is the Greatest) is said.
Benefits:
Weight is relieved
Mind is under control
Vision is clear by focusing on the
floor
Muscles of upper and lower back are
relieved
Higher and lower centers of brain are
united
Qiyam (standing) : Place hands,:2Position
right over left. Then Recite first chapter of the
Qur’an and a short chapter of at least three
verses.
:Benefits
-Relaxation of legs and back
-Much focus
-Feelings of comfort
-The sounds that are used in reading
the Qur’an control degrees through the
body, mind and soul.
-The sound also purifies all body’s
Ruku (Bowing) : Bend at:3Position
waist, place hands on knees with fingers
spread. Eyes are looking down, directly.
Do not bend the knees. While bending,
say Allah Akbar , then, Subhana Rabbi Al
Azim .
Benefits:
-Muscles stretching of the lower back
-Blood comes into head
-This position improves the personality
and provides sweet kindness
Qauma (Straight standing) ::4Position
While rising from the bending position of
ruku, say Sami Allahu Li-man Hamidah ,
Rabbana wa lakal Hamd . Then return to
standingposition, arms at side
Benefits:
-The fresh blood returns, carrying away toxins.
-Body regains relaxation and releases tension.
Sajdah (Prostration) : lower:5Position
yourself slowly into a kneeling position. Then
touch the head and hands to the ground.
Seven body parts should touch the ground :
forehead, two palms, two knees and toes of
both feet. Say Allah Akbar while going down
and then, Subhana Rabiil al-Ala. .
Benefits:
-Blood goes into upper parts of body, especially the
head (including eyes, ears and nose) and lungs
-cleans mental toxins
-Reduces high blood pressure
-Provides patience
-produces high energy through the body
-This position is the basic of worship
Sajdah (prostration) ::6Posture
Repeating of position 5
Benefits: Repeating the position in short time
-Cleans the respiratory and nervous system
-Gives feelings of lightness and happiness

  • 2. (Salaat) Prayer is an external and an internal practice : a set of physical exercises with reading various Qur’anic verses.
  • 3. After Niyaat (intention) :–1Position 1-bring hands . 2-palm open. 3-up to ears. 4-place thumbs behind ears. 5- as “ Allah Akbar ” (Allah is the Greatest) is said. Benefits: Weight is relieved Mind is under control Vision is clear by focusing on the floor Muscles of upper and lower back are relieved Higher and lower centers of brain are united
  • 4. Qiyam (standing) : Place hands,:2Position right over left. Then Recite first chapter of the Qur’an and a short chapter of at least three verses. :Benefits -Relaxation of legs and back -Much focus -Feelings of comfort -The sounds that are used in reading the Qur’an control degrees through the body, mind and soul. -The sound also purifies all body’s
  • 5. Ruku (Bowing) : Bend at:3Position waist, place hands on knees with fingers spread. Eyes are looking down, directly. Do not bend the knees. While bending, say Allah Akbar , then, Subhana Rabbi Al Azim . Benefits: -Muscles stretching of the lower back -Blood comes into head -This position improves the personality and provides sweet kindness
  • 6. Qauma (Straight standing) ::4Position While rising from the bending position of ruku, say Sami Allahu Li-man Hamidah , Rabbana wa lakal Hamd . Then return to standingposition, arms at side Benefits: -The fresh blood returns, carrying away toxins. -Body regains relaxation and releases tension.
  • 7. Sajdah (Prostration) : lower:5Position yourself slowly into a kneeling position. Then touch the head and hands to the ground. Seven body parts should touch the ground : forehead, two palms, two knees and toes of both feet. Say Allah Akbar while going down and then, Subhana Rabiil al-Ala. . Benefits: -Blood goes into upper parts of body, especially the head (including eyes, ears and nose) and lungs -cleans mental toxins -Reduces high blood pressure -Provides patience -produces high energy through the body -This position is the basic of worship
  • 8. Sajdah (prostration) ::6Posture Repeating of position 5 Benefits: Repeating the position in short time -Cleans the respiratory and nervous system -Gives feelings of lightness and happiness
