1. About Us Kelley Mingus began his dental career at Aspen Dental Arts in Klamath Falls, Oregon after graduating from Oregon Health Sciences University in 1996. Nearly a decade later he returned to his hometown of Bend to create a practicededicated to providing the finest and most technologically advanced care possible in an exceptionally comfortable environment.
