BellaVita Definitions and Terms
Distributor Position: A position in the team structure that allows you to earn available commissions on
volumes.
Team: As a Distributor, your “Team” consists of all of the Preferred Customers and Distributors in your 3x9
organization.
Prosperity Plan: The Prosperity Plan describes the manner in which Distributors are compensated for
selling the BellaVita products directly as well as through building a Sales Team and showing them how to
do the same.
Commission Volume “CV”: The volume that is assigned to each product and is used in calculating
Distributors commission incomes and Company Wide Pools.
Preferred Customer and Distributor Enrollments:
A person must be of legal age and must comply with any rules or laws applicable to enrolling in the
specific country they reside. Rules and laws may vary from country to country; see specific Policies and
Procedures for your country of enrollment.
A person may enroll in BellaVita in two (2) different ways:
PCs are those who enroll to purchase
our products at the Preferred
Customer prices. A person may enroll
as a Preferred Customer through a
Distributor’s gobellavita.com website or
have a Distributor enroll them through
their Distributor Team Office. There is
no annual membership fee for Preferred
Customers. Product is shipped directly
from BellaVita warehouse to the
Preferred Customer.
Distributors are those who elect to participate in
the BellaVita Prosperity Plan are eligible to earn
Preferred Customer Bonus (PCB), Enroller Bonus
(EB), Team Commissions (3%), 100% Match
Commissions, Preferred Customer and New En-
rollment Pool, Director Trip Incentive, or Rank-Up
Bonuses when qualified.
A person may become a Distributor by enroll-
ing with one of 3 enrollment package options-
Starter, Fast-Start and Leadership. The Annual
Membership Fee of US$25 will be waived for
the first year for all Fast-Start and Leadership
Distributors. The Annual Renewal Membership
Fee will be deducted from earned commissions
following each anniversary. This fee provides
all business support features in your BellaVita
Online Team Office.

Qualifying Volume “QV”: Volume that is assigned to each product, which is used in calculating a
Distributor’s Rank Advancements. Qualifying Volume “QV” amounts are equal to the Personal Volume “PV”
generated from product volume assigned. Leg volumes for rank advancement are calculated for the entire
leg, not limited to 9 levels. Qualifying volume for rank advancements includes CV from Distributors and PV
from Preferred Customers.
Personal Volume “PV”:The volume from your monthly orders. Minimum of 25 PV is required to qualify
for commission payouts.
Qualifications:
Each Distributor must be active and in compliance with the Agreement to qualify for product sales com-
missions and bonuses under the Prosperity Plan. So long as a Distributor complies with the terms of the
Agreement, BellaVita shall pay product sales commissions and bonuses to such Distributor in accordance
with the Prosperity Plan.
Upgrades:
A PC can become a Distributor by paying the 25.00 membership fee along with an order of at least 100PV.
(If they have already purchased at least 100PV as a PC, they only need to pay the $25 Distributor member-
ship) Distributors who enroll with a Starter Package can upgrade with the Fast Start or Leadership package.
This can be done within the same calendar month of enrollment by purchasing the difference in volume.
Example: If you purchase a Fast Start Package (300 PV) on the 10th of the month and decide to upgrade
to the Leadership Level for all the extra benefits, prior to the end of your month of enrollment you only need
to purchase the difference, which would be another 300 PV (or a second Fast Start Package)
If a Distributor wants to upgrade in a month other than the month in which they enrolled with BellaVita, all
they need to do is purchase the appropriate package for the level they desire.
Weekly Commissions:
The Preferred Customer Bonuses (PCB) and Enrollment Bonus (EB) will be paid weekly on each Wednes-
day for the previous week. PCB is calculated based on all Preferred Customer orders during the previous
week ending each Sunday at 11:59pm US Central Standard Time. PCB of PCs’ on-going orders can be
earned with a minimum of 25 PV. The monthly volume of a distributor’s personally enrolled PCs counts
towards the enroller’s Personal Volume requirements for qualification purposes.
Monthly Commissions:
Team Commissions, Pool Bonuses and achievement levels are calculated on a calendar month basis.
NOTE: In order to be counted for a given month, all orders must be received and accepted by BellaVita no
later than 11:59 pm Central Standard Time on the last day of the month. Qualified Directors and above will
have until the 3rd day of each month at 5:00pm Central Standard Time to complete any remaining trans-
actions or placements for their team for the previous month’s business. At this time the previous month’s
business will be closed and commission calculations will begin for a monthly payout on or before the 15th
of each month. In order to qualify to earn Team Commissions and 100% Match commissions, a Distributor
needs to have a minimum of 50 PV for the month. To earn Rank-Up and Pool Bonuses, a minimum of 100
PV is necessary.

Sales Commission Payments:
Payment of sales commissions to Distributors is made through BellaVita’s electronic payment system.
All payments will be made on or before the 15th of each month.
A transfer request can be made once the commissions are placed in the system. Please note: If a
Distributor elects to receive sales commission payments through the Pre-Paid Card, there is a one-time
US$12.95 account set-up fee. (US$1.25 upload fee per transaction) The set-up fee will be deducted
from the initial use of the Pre-paid Card. Another way to receive commission payments is through Direct
Deposit. US$1.50 upload fee per transaction. No set-up fee.

Preferred Customer Bonus:
Distributors are entitled to earn the Preferred Customer Bonus (PCB) of 50% on each PC order volume.
The enroller’s enroller will also earn 5% on all PC orders each week. PC orders are not included in Team
Commission earnings.
Preferred Customer Bonus is paid as follows:
Preferred Customer Order at 100 volume
US$ 50.00 to Enroller					
US$ 5.00 to Enroller’s Enroller
Enroller (or Initial Order) Bonus:
Distributors are entitled to earn the Enroller Bonus (EB) of 50% of the initial order volume (CV).

Team Commissions:
Distributors earn 3% from the CV of all product orders placed in their 3x9 Team (except for all Preferred
Customer Orders and Enrollment orders). To qualify to receive Team Commissions, the Distributor needs
to have qualified personal volume (50 PV) for the month.
As people join your business, they are automatically placed into various levels of your Team. The BellaVita
computer system builds your Team from top to bottom, left to right. This is called “Auto Balance.” Every
person in your business, including yourself, has (3) three “legs” or people who are “Front Line” to them.
This structure forms a “Team” of up to 29,523 individuals who comprise 9 Levels. You earn 3% of the
Commission Volume for all sales volume sale generated by the distributors on your team. (Excluding all PC
orders.) Compression applies when one of your team members or PCs do not meet the qualifications.

This chart is a hypothetical example intended to explain the BellaVita Prosperity Plan. These figures should
not be considered as guarantees of your actual earnings or profits. Any representation or guarantee of
earnings, whether made by BellaVita or a Distributor, would be misleading. Success with BellaVita results
only from your efforts, which require hard work, diligence, and leadership. Your success will depend upon
how effectively you exercise these qualities.

100% Match Commissions:
Distributors can earn a 100% matching commission that is equal to the amount of 3% Team Commissions
of their personally enrolled Distributors. To qualify to receive 100% Match Commissions, the Distributor
needs to be active with 50 PV that month.
Rank-Up Bonus:
As Distributors achieve and are “Paid As” a new Rank in the BellaVita Prosperity Plan for consecutive
months in the timeframes listed below. They will earn a one-time Rank-Up Bonus for each rank as follows:
New Rank One-Time Cash Bonus Timelines and Consistency
Supervisor US $200 First 4 bonus months of enrollment
Manager US $500 No time limit after qualifying at Supervisor
Director US $2,000 No time limit after qualifying at Manager
Executive US $10,000 Achieve and Maintain 2 straight months
Presidential US $20,000 Achieve and Maintain 2 straight months
Elite Presidential US $50,000 Achieve and Maintain 2 straight months
Not only will BellaVita Distributors want to earn new ranks of leadership in the BellaVita Prosperity Plan,
they will want to do it quickly since they can earn these special “One-Time” Cash Bonuses of up to
US$50,000 for doing so. For example, if you can attain the rank of Supervisor within 4 bonus months of
enrolling, you get a one-time cash bonus of US$200. After the 1st four bonus months, distributors who
qualify for Supervisor within any future month will receive US$100.00 Rank-Up Bonus.
Earn a bonus of US$500 once you attain the rank of Manager. Earn a bonus of US$2,000 once you attain
the rank of Director. To earn an Executive Rank-Up bonus of US$10,000, you need to be paid as an Ex-
ecutive for two consecutive months (no time restriction applies). To earn a Presidential Rank-Up bonus of
US$20,000, you need to be paid as a Presidential for two consecutive months (again, no time restriction
applies). And finally, to earn an Elite Presidential Rank-Up bonus of US$50,000, you need to be paid as
Elite Presidential for two consecutive months (again, no time restriction applies).

Each rank can be achieved by:
Meeting the Total Qualifying Volume (QV) requirement for all three legs plus meeting the minimum monthly QV
requirement per leg. Example: Supervisor 3,000 QV total and at least 1,000 QV per leg will receive full shares
in qualifying pools. Qualifying volume also includes PC volume for Rank advancement calculations. Those
reaching rank within the month time frame are able to enjoy the benefits of the Rank-Up Bonus and the as-
sociated pools.
Accumulated Rank-Up Bonus for Supervisor and Manager:
Distributors will have 4 *full bonus months from the date of enrollment to accumulate enough volume for Su-
pervisor rank up. After the initial 4 full bonus months, distributors can still earn the $100.00 Supervisor Rank-
Up Bonus by meeting the qualification in one month. Distributors will also have an additional 4 full bonus
months from the date of advancement to Supervisor to rank advance from Supervisor to the Manger Level.
For example: A distributor enrolls on Jan 1, they will have 4 bonus months in which to accumulate enough
volume in each leg in order to rank advance. If they meet the minimum volume requirements by April 30th
within the 4-month time frame, they will be able to receive the Rank-Up Bonus for the associated rank. Pool
bonuses can only be earned for meeting qualifications in one month.
*Full bonus month (as it referrers to Accumulated Rank Advancements):
If the distributor was enrolled on any day after the 1st of the month, they will have the remainder of the month
and the additional four bonus months to qualify for the accumulated Rank-Up Bonus. Example: Joe was en-
rolled on Jan 2, he will have all of January, plus the additional 4 bonus months to accumulate volume for rank
advancement. If Joe was enrolled on the 1st of Jan, he will have all of January plus an additional 3 bonus
months to accumulate enough volume for rank advancement.
Rank advancements are achieved by reaching the following milestones:

Bonus Pools
For Directors and the ranks above, bonuses can be earned in two ways - Full and Half Share. For Half
Share bonuses, you will not need to meet the minimum monthly QV requirement for each leg. The total
Qualifying Volume (QV) for all three legs are still required and no more than 50% can come from one leg.
You will receive half shares in qualifying pools. Full share is required for first time qualification.
Example: Director has 30,000 QV total and no more than 15,000 QV is in any one leg.
		 As an example the qualification for half share could look like this:

Preferred Customer and Enrollment Pools (for Qualified Supervisors and Above):
Under the Preferred Customer and Enrollment Pools, additional money is paid each month to Distributors
who are growing their businesses. Every month the company calculates a percentage from all PC and
Enrollment orders company wide. We take 20% of the Commission Volume from these Preferred Customer
and Enrollment orders and divide them into 2 pools, which are reserved for BellaVita Leaders (Supervisors,
Managers, Directors, Executives, and Presidential Distributors). Every leader who is paid at each of these
levels each month earns “One Share” of the Pool. As each leader advances through the ranks, they get
to retain one share from their previous rank(s). This means that each month, those who are qualified to be
“Paid As” a Presidential get one share in each of the 5 Pools.
20% of the Qualifying Volume that is paid on all Preferred Customer and Enrollment orders goes into each
pool to be shared among each of the “Qualified” Supervisors, Managers, Directors, Executive, and Presi-
dential Distributors for that month.
The Preferred Customer and Enrollment Pool Commissions are distributed as follows:
Supervisor	3%
Manager	5%
Director	5%
Executive	4%
Presidential	3%

5% Company Wide Pool Commissions (for Qualified Directors and Above):
Each month, Qualified Director, Executive, Presidential and Elite Presidential level Distributors earn shares
of a Company Wide Pool comprised of 5% of the Commission Volume generated by the total Company
Wide Product Sales each month as follows:
1.33% of Global Commission Volume paid on product sales are divided between all
Qualified Directors that month
1.33% of Global Commission Volume paid on product sales are divided between all
Qualified Executives that month
1.33% of Global Commission Volume paid on product sales are divided between all
Qualified Presidentials that month
1% of Global Commission Volume paid on product sales are divided between all
Qualified Elite Presidentials that month
Consistency Reward: To reward Directors and above who are actively building their groups, we offer the
opportunity to earn double the shares in this pool for each consecutive month that a Distributor is paid at
each level, up to a maximum of two shares. (For example, your first month as a Director, you are paid one
share. You are paid one and a half shares the following month you are paid as a Director, and a maximum
of two shares if you are paid as a Director the third month).
If you do not qualify at your rank one month, you fall back to the previous rank with 2 shares. When you
return to that rank in following months, you start over earning one share in the pool and can start building.
As you advance through each rank (from Director to Executive to Presidential to Elite Presidential), you
retain only one share of your previous pool. For example, if you are paid as an Executive Distributor for 2
months, you would receive one and a half shares of the Executive Pool and one share of the Director Pool.
*Additionally new Directors will be invited with one guest to the next Director Retreat after they first achieve
Director. Also Directors who achieve and maintain the rank for four months (does not need to be consecu-
tive) are entitled to receive the Mediterranean Directors Trip Bonus. This is an annual trip to visit the Medi-
terranean region and to see the farms where many of the ingredients for the BellaVita products are grown.
All new Executives will receive an all-expenses paid international trip. Destination will vary by region of
resident.
If a Distributor is inactive (no monthly purchase for 6 months) they will no longer be considered a Distributor
and the account will be downgraded to a PC so they can still make purchases. They will have two months
to reactivate their Distributor position in the team structure by making a 100 PV purchase at the PC price.
After one year without any activity the account will be fully terminated.

  • 1. 1 P R O S P E R I T Y P L A N BellaVita Definitions and Terms Distributor Position: A position in the team structure that allows you to earn available commissions on volumes. Team: As a Distributor, your “Team” consists of all of the Preferred Customers and Distributors in your 3x9 organization. Prosperity Plan: The Prosperity Plan describes the manner in which Distributors are compensated for selling the BellaVita products directly as well as through building a Sales Team and showing them how to do the same. Commission Volume “CV”: The volume that is assigned to each product and is used in calculating Distributors commission incomes and Company Wide Pools. Preferred Customer and Distributor Enrollments: A person must be of legal age and must comply with any rules or laws applicable to enrolling in the specific country they reside. Rules and laws may vary from country to country; see specific Policies and Procedures for your country of enrollment. A person may enroll in BellaVita in two (2) different ways: PCs are those who enroll to purchase our products at the Preferred Customer prices. A person may enroll as a Preferred Customer through a Distributor’s gobellavita.com website or have a Distributor enroll them through their Distributor Team Office. There is no annual membership fee for Preferred Customers. Product is shipped directly from BellaVita warehouse to the Preferred Customer. Distributors are those who elect to participate in the BellaVita Prosperity Plan are eligible to earn Preferred Customer Bonus (PCB), Enroller Bonus (EB), Team Commissions (3%), 100% Match Commissions, Preferred Customer and New En- rollment Pool, Director Trip Incentive, or Rank-Up Bonuses when qualified. A person may become a Distributor by enroll- ing with one of 3 enrollment package options- Starter, Fast-Start and Leadership. The Annual Membership Fee of US$25 will be waived for the first year for all Fast-Start and Leadership Distributors. The Annual Renewal Membership Fee will be deducted from earned commissions following each anniversary. This fee provides all business support features in your BellaVita Online Team Office.   • 2. 2 P R O S P E R I T Y P L A N Qualifying Volume “QV”: Volume that is assigned to each product, which is used in calculating a Distributor’s Rank Advancements. Qualifying Volume “QV” amounts are equal to the Personal Volume “PV” generated from product volume assigned. Leg volumes for rank advancement are calculated for the entire leg, not limited to 9 levels. Qualifying volume for rank advancements includes CV from Distributors and PV from Preferred Customers. Personal Volume “PV”:The volume from your monthly orders. Minimum of 25 PV is required to qualify for commission payouts. Qualifications: Each Distributor must be active and in compliance with the Agreement to qualify for product sales com- missions and bonuses under the Prosperity Plan. So long as a Distributor complies with the terms of the Agreement, BellaVita shall pay product sales commissions and bonuses to such Distributor in accordance with the Prosperity Plan. Upgrades: A PC can become a Distributor by paying the 25.00 membership fee along with an order of at least 100PV. (If they have already purchased at least 100PV as a PC, they only need to pay the $25 Distributor member- ship) Distributors who enroll with a Starter Package can upgrade with the Fast Start or Leadership package. This can be done within the same calendar month of enrollment by purchasing the difference in volume. Example: If you purchase a Fast Start Package (300 PV) on the 10th of the month and decide to upgrade to the Leadership Level for all the extra benefits, prior to the end of your month of enrollment you only need to purchase the difference, which would be another 300 PV (or a second Fast Start Package) If a Distributor wants to upgrade in a month other than the month in which they enrolled with BellaVita, all they need to do is purchase the appropriate package for the level they desire. Weekly Commissions: The Preferred Customer Bonuses (PCB) and Enrollment Bonus (EB) will be paid weekly on each Wednes- day for the previous week. PCB is calculated based on all Preferred Customer orders during the previous week ending each Sunday at 11:59pm US Central Standard Time. PCB of PCs’ on-going orders can be earned with a minimum of 25 PV. The monthly volume of a distributor’s personally enrolled PCs counts towards the enroller’s Personal Volume requirements for qualification purposes. Monthly Commissions: Team Commissions, Pool Bonuses and achievement levels are calculated on a calendar month basis. NOTE: In order to be counted for a given month, all orders must be received and accepted by BellaVita no later than 11:59 pm Central Standard Time on the last day of the month. Qualified Directors and above will have until the 3rd day of each month at 5:00pm Central Standard Time to complete any remaining trans- actions or placements for their team for the previous month’s business. At this time the previous month’s business will be closed and commission calculations will begin for a monthly payout on or before the 15th of each month. In order to qualify to earn Team Commissions and 100% Match commissions, a Distributor needs to have a minimum of 50 PV for the month. To earn Rank-Up and Pool Bonuses, a minimum of 100 PV is necessary.
  • 3. 3 P R O S P E R I T Y P L A N Sales Commission Payments: Payment of sales commissions to Distributors is made through BellaVita’s electronic payment system. All payments will be made on or before the 15th of each month. A transfer request can be made once the commissions are placed in the system. Please note: If a Distributor elects to receive sales commission payments through the Pre-Paid Card, there is a one-time US$12.95 account set-up fee. (US$1.25 upload fee per transaction) The set-up fee will be deducted from the initial use of the Pre-paid Card. Another way to receive commission payments is through Direct Deposit. US$1.50 upload fee per transaction. No set-up fee. Eight (8) Ways to Earn Rewards: Preferred Customer Bonus (PCB) & Enroller Bonus (EB) Team Commissions 100% Match Commissions Rank-Up Bonus 20% Preferred Customer Order Pool 20% New Enrollment Pool 5% Company Wide Pool Incentive Trips Preferred Customer Bonus: Distributors are entitled to earn the Preferred Customer Bonus (PCB) of 50% on each PC order volume. The enroller’s enroller will also earn 5% on all PC orders each week. PC orders are not included in Team Commission earnings. Preferred Customer Bonus is paid as follows: Preferred Customer Order at 100 volume US$ 50.00 to Enroller US$ 5.00 to Enroller’s Enroller Enroller (or Initial Order) Bonus: Distributors are entitled to earn the Enroller Bonus (EB) of 50% of the initial order volume (CV).

To qualify to receive Team Commissions, the Distributor needs to have qualified personal volume (50 PV) for the month. As people join your business, they are automatically placed into various levels of your Team. The BellaVita computer system builds your Team from top to bottom, left to right. This is called “Auto Balance.” Every person in your business, including yourself, has (3) three “legs” or people who are “Front Line” to them. This structure forms a “Team” of up to 29,523 individuals who comprise 9 Levels. You earn 3% of the Commission Volume for all sales volume sale generated by the distributors on your team. (Excluding all PC orders.) Compression applies when one of your team members or PCs do not meet the qualifications. The maximum number of people on each level is: This chart is a hypothetical example intended to explain the BellaVita Prosperity Plan. These figures should not be considered as guarantees of your actual earnings or profits. Any representation or guarantee of earnings, whether made by BellaVita or a Distributor, would be misleading. Success with BellaVita results only from your efforts, which require hard work, diligence, and leadership. Your success will depend upon how effectively you exercise these qualities.
  • 5. 5 P R O S P E R I T Y P L A N 100% Match Commissions: Distributors can earn a 100% matching commission that is equal to the amount of 3% Team Commissions of their personally enrolled Distributors. To qualify to receive 100% Match Commissions, the Distributor needs to be active with 50 PV that month. Rank-Up Bonus: As Distributors achieve and are “Paid As” a new Rank in the BellaVita Prosperity Plan for consecutive months in the timeframes listed below. They will earn a one-time Rank-Up Bonus for each rank as follows: New Rank One-Time Cash Bonus Timelines and Consistency Supervisor US $200 First 4 bonus months of enrollment Manager US $500 No time limit after qualifying at Supervisor Director US $2,000 No time limit after qualifying at Manager Executive US $10,000 Achieve and Maintain 2 straight months Presidential US $20,000 Achieve and Maintain 2 straight months Elite Presidential US $50,000 Achieve and Maintain 2 straight months Not only will BellaVita Distributors want to earn new ranks of leadership in the BellaVita Prosperity Plan, they will want to do it quickly since they can earn these special “One-Time” Cash Bonuses of up to US$50,000 for doing so. For example, if you can attain the rank of Supervisor within 4 bonus months of enrolling, you get a one-time cash bonus of US$200. After the 1st four bonus months, distributors who qualify for Supervisor within any future month will receive US$100.00 Rank-Up Bonus. Earn a bonus of US$500 once you attain the rank of Manager. Earn a bonus of US$2,000 once you attain the rank of Director. To earn an Executive Rank-Up bonus of US$10,000, you need to be paid as an Ex- ecutive for two consecutive months (no time restriction applies). To earn a Presidential Rank-Up bonus of US$20,000, you need to be paid as a Presidential for two consecutive months (again, no time restriction applies). And finally, to earn an Elite Presidential Rank-Up bonus of US$50,000, you need to be paid as Elite Presidential for two consecutive months (again, no time restriction applies).

Example: Supervisor 3,000 QV total and at least 1,000 QV per leg will receive full shares in qualifying pools. Qualifying volume also includes PC volume for Rank advancement calculations. Those reaching rank within the month time frame are able to enjoy the benefits of the Rank-Up Bonus and the as- sociated pools. Accumulated Rank-Up Bonus for Supervisor and Manager: Distributors will have 4 *full bonus months from the date of enrollment to accumulate enough volume for Su- pervisor rank up. After the initial 4 full bonus months, distributors can still earn the $100.00 Supervisor Rank- Up Bonus by meeting the qualification in one month. Distributors will also have an additional 4 full bonus months from the date of advancement to Supervisor to rank advance from Supervisor to the Manger Level. For example: A distributor enrolls on Jan 1, they will have 4 bonus months in which to accumulate enough volume in each leg in order to rank advance. If they meet the minimum volume requirements by April 30th within the 4-month time frame, they will be able to receive the Rank-Up Bonus for the associated rank. Pool bonuses can only be earned for meeting qualifications in one month. *Full bonus month (as it referrers to Accumulated Rank Advancements): If the distributor was enrolled on any day after the 1st of the month, they will have the remainder of the month and the additional four bonus months to qualify for the accumulated Rank-Up Bonus. Example: Joe was en- rolled on Jan 2, he will have all of January, plus the additional 4 bonus months to accumulate volume for rank advancement. If Joe was enrolled on the 1st of Jan, he will have all of January plus an additional 3 bonus months to accumulate enough volume for rank advancement. Rank advancements are achieved by reaching the following milestones:
  • 7. 7 P R O S P E R I T Y P L A N Bonus Pools For Directors and the ranks above, bonuses can be earned in two ways - Full and Half Share. For Half Share bonuses, you will not need to meet the minimum monthly QV requirement for each leg. The total Qualifying Volume (QV) for all three legs are still required and no more than 50% can come from one leg. You will receive half shares in qualifying pools. Full share is required for first time qualification. Example: Director has 30,000 QV total and no more than 15,000 QV is in any one leg. As an example the qualification for half share could look like this: Leg One Leg Two Leg Three 15,000(QV) 10,000(QV) 5,000(QV) (no more than 50%) Preferred Customer and Enrollment Pools (for Qualified Supervisors and Above): Under the Preferred Customer and Enrollment Pools, additional money is paid each month to Distributors who are growing their businesses. Every month the company calculates a percentage from all PC and Enrollment orders company wide. We take 20% of the Commission Volume from these Preferred Customer and Enrollment orders and divide them into 2 pools, which are reserved for BellaVita Leaders (Supervisors, Managers, Directors, Executives, and Presidential Distributors). Every leader who is paid at each of these levels each month earns “One Share” of the Pool. As each leader advances through the ranks, they get to retain one share from their previous rank(s). This means that each month, those who are qualified to be “Paid As” a Presidential get one share in each of the 5 Pools. 20% of the Qualifying Volume that is paid on all Preferred Customer and Enrollment orders goes into each pool to be shared among each of the “Qualified” Supervisors, Managers, Directors, Executive, and Presi- dential Distributors for that month. The Preferred Customer and Enrollment Pool Commissions are distributed as follows: Supervisor 3% Manager 5% Director 5% Executive 4% Presidential 3%
  • 8. 8 P R O S P E R I T Y P L A N 5% Company Wide Pool Commissions (for Qualified Directors and Above): Each month, Qualified Director, Executive, Presidential and Elite Presidential level Distributors earn shares of a Company Wide Pool comprised of 5% of the Commission Volume generated by the total Company Wide Product Sales each month as follows: 1.33% of Global Commission Volume paid on product sales are divided between all Qualified Directors that month 1.33% of Global Commission Volume paid on product sales are divided between all Qualified Executives that month 1.33% of Global Commission Volume paid on product sales are divided between all Qualified Presidentials that month 1% of Global Commission Volume paid on product sales are divided between all Qualified Elite Presidentials that month Consistency Reward: To reward Directors and above who are actively building their groups, we offer the opportunity to earn double the shares in this pool for each consecutive month that a Distributor is paid at each level, up to a maximum of two shares. (For example, your first month as a Director, you are paid one share. You are paid one and a half shares the following month you are paid as a Director, and a maximum of two shares if you are paid as a Director the third month). If you do not qualify at your rank one month, you fall back to the previous rank with 2 shares. When you return to that rank in following months, you start over earning one share in the pool and can start building. As you advance through each rank (from Director to Executive to Presidential to Elite Presidential), you retain only one share of your previous pool. For example, if you are paid as an Executive Distributor for 2 months, you would receive one and a half shares of the Executive Pool and one share of the Director Pool. *Additionally new Directors will be invited with one guest to the next Director Retreat after they first achieve Director. Also Directors who achieve and maintain the rank for four months (does not need to be consecu- tive) are entitled to receive the Mediterranean Directors Trip Bonus. This is an annual trip to visit the Medi- terranean region and to see the farms where many of the ingredients for the BellaVita products are grown. All new Executives will receive an all-expenses paid international trip. Destination will vary by region of resident. If a Distributor is inactive (no monthly purchase for 6 months) they will no longer be considered a Distributor and the account will be downgraded to a PC so they can still make purchases. They will have two months to reactivate their Distributor position in the team structure by making a 100 PV purchase at the PC price. After one year without any activity the account will be fully terminated.
