These are the traditional book builder agents since our audience is adult learners we will have customized help agents so our book will be taken seriously by our target audience.
I moved this up front from the Marzano Strategies. I think goals should be provided from the very beginning and be clearly stated. Provide customer with a method to achieve the desired results in this case Job offer.
With the helpers in book builder our customer can access additional resources in the field of behavioral interviewing. The more examples the individual reads the better he will be prepared to answer these types of questions.
Provide questions about behavioral interviewing for individuals to answer. Correct answer provided give visual, such as confetti falling. Audible cheer may be provided as well. If a wrong answer is provided rationalize it old method of interviewing that we are all used to and show information in a different way. Always praise as a good try. Recognize that they have already won part of the race by simply taking the training or reading the book in this case.
Provide user with a visual representation of the thought process. Use multiple representations of this to use Marzano’s strategies for learning. By utilizing a diagram of the thought process of a behavioral interviewing scenario the user will be able to recall the answer better.
Get user in the habit of predicting what should happen next after the scenario is stated. Once the user starts predicting with accuracy the goal has been achieved
