This new 720,000 ft² facility will
serve as the East Coast distribution
center for Becton Dickinson. The

8. Premier Headquarters
Charlotte, NC
Project Description
The project is a multi phased fit-out
of an existing core and shell building
for Premier, in the Ballantyne area.
The fit-out included the entire
252,000 ft² building, including a
10,000 ft² data center located on the
first floor. The data center included
the addition of a 120 Ton capacity
central cooling plant with N+1
redundancy. The project has

facility for Virginia Beach City Public

Project Description
The project is a renovation of an
