This document describes three commercial projects: 1) A test center project that renovated an 18,600 square foot 1950s building for Sandia National Laboratories, incorporating sustainable design elements and winning multiple awards. 2) A technology modernization program that upgraded communications, control, and data systems for environmental testing at Sandia National Laboratories for $19 million. 3) A new access road to the Albuquerque International Airport called Sunport Boulevard that included freeway interchanges, landfill removal, and rights-of-way acquisition over 6 years for $26 million.
