This document provides tips for fathers on how to prepare for and care for a newborn baby. It encourages fathers to be actively involved during the pregnancy by attending doctor's appointments and learning about infant care. After the baby arrives, it recommends helping the mother breastfeed, keeping stress levels low, and spending time caring for all the baby's needs to understand the mother's experience. The document also includes games and activities fathers can do with their newborn, such as tummy massages and babywearing, to bond with and stimulate the baby.

In addition to increases in IQ, there are other areas where prenatal stimulation helps your baby’s development. Statistically significant improvements from providing stimulation at the right time and with the right methods have shown that babies develop:
• Increased language abilities.
• Increased musical & creative abilities.
• Longer attention spans (increases have been documented from 10 seconds to 45 minutes.)
• Sustained sleep (Babies can be put on a sleep schedule before birth.)
• Increased early motor skills and developmental milestones (like sitting up, walking, and talking sooner.)
Here are 6 things to consider before getting to know your first new born baby. To find out more information, please visit our website.http://my-first-baby.com
Everything we do relies heavily on our ability to balance. Balance is a key skill to help your child progress with their gross motor skills. Learn some exercises to strengthen balance.
A sleep association is any behavior that helps you fall asleep. For adults, it could be lying on your side or placing a pillow in a certain way. When we wake in the middle of the night, we recreate that sleep association by lying on our side again and repositioning our pillow. If something is out of our “normal”, we have trouble falling asleep.https://www.nestedbean.com/

Burp A Baby
When your baby falls asleep, you may notice that he or she makes small grunting noises. You shouldn't be concerned about this because it's perfectly normal. However, sometimes these grunting noises can indicate that your baby is trying to burp.If your baby is sleeping soundly and you want to help him or her burp, there are a few things you can do. First, try gently patting your baby's back. If that doesn't work, try very lightly rubbing your baby's back in a circular motion. If your baby still doesn't burp, you can try placing a warm washcloth on his or her back.If you're having trouble getting your baby to burp, don't worry - there's no need to wake him or her up. Just let your baby sleep and he or she will probably burp on his or her own during the night. What is a Burping Baby?
There are many reasons why a baby may need to be burped. A baby may be burping because they have swallowed air while feeding, or they may be experiencing gas pains. Regardless of the reason, burping a baby can help to relieve their discomfort.
To burp a sleeping baby, first make sure that you are supporting their head and neck. Gently pat or rub their back until they wake up enough to burp on their own. You may also want to hold them upright for a few minutes after they wake up to help them get all the air out.

Breastfeeding, also known as nursing, is the feeding of babies and young children with milk from a woman's breast. Health professionals recommend that breastfeeding begin within the first hour of a baby's life and continue as often and as much as the baby wants
The World Health Organization and UNICEF have recommended for a decade that mothers breastfeed for at least two years. But most US women who nurse stop before their baby is six months old – and many never start at all.
