The Smart Village Living Lab provides targeted training and innovation management on energy efficiency, waste management, and healthy living through graphically and practically-based methods to facilitate uptake by end users and communities. It also offers micro-project management support through training, tools, assessment and selection of projects, and monitoring and evaluation, as well as disseminating and publishing results. Metrics are defined to evaluate achievements and improvements using indicators such as the number of conceived and completed micro projects, beneficiaries reached, and investment to benefit ratio.
