                                        PROGRAM ENHANCEMENT

       The department has recently enhanced the current programs on contact center customer services to
keep abreast with the developments in the IT-BPO industry. The outcome of which is the re-alignment of
subject content and course offerings both in the Associate in Customer Service Communication (ACSC) and
Associate in Contact Center Services (ACCS).

       Both programs are now fused under the four-year ladderized program, Bachelor of Arts in Customer
Service Communication. This program offers an integrated education both in the study of business and
communication geared specifically to business process outsourcing.

PROGRAM PREREQUISITES

Students considering Bachelor of Arts in Customer Service Communication should have a high school
diploma or its equivalent. Applicants may also have an interest in business process outsourcing,
management, marketing, advertising, public relations, or publishing.
                 ASSOCIATE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE COMMUNICATION (YEAR 1 AND 2)
   1. High School Diploma
   2. Interview with the Program Coordinator and the Department Head (for placement purposes)
             BACHELOR OF ARTS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE COMMUNICATION (YEAR 3 AND 4)
   1. GWA of 2.5 from the associate program
   2. Very satisfactory interview with the section adviser, the program coordinator, and the department
      head
