Personal statement
I am a highly motivated and hardworking individual who has recently been made
redundant after 26 years working at BBC Television Centre. Starting with the BBC
and then working for 4 other companies within the BBC. (TUPE TRANSFERRED) A
high percentage of PPM completed as well as attending to various breakdowns on
site, from blocked toilets to HV maintenance. Hoping to continue working in building
maintenance where I have enjoyed working through out my career

RESPONSIBILITIES
Day to day routine PPM’S (planned maintenance) carried out on boilers,
chillers, cooling towers, MTHW and calorifiers as well as building service
call out
Looking after Boiler house and daily boiler house duties carried out.
Boiler safety checks, blow down of boilers, boiler water treatment
checked and water testing carried out.
Cooling towers checks and chemical dosing and water treatment testing.
Permit issuing for pressure systems works, including isolations, and
safety procedures.
General building maintenance carried out daily.
