This document summarizes the marketing research process used to study the popularity of plastic money in India. The research was conducted through a descriptive research design using a survey of 100 business owners in Varachha, Surat. Primary and secondary data was collected through questionnaires and external sources. Simple random sampling was used to select the survey participants. The data was then analyzed using statistical tools and percentages. Finally, a research report was prepared summarizing the findings and recommendations.
