GPDS is a World Wide based technology and software provider of
innovative oilfield tracking solutions for the oil and gas drilling
industry.
GPDS utilizes an innovative, patent-pending technology to apply
and protect smart sensors including HPHT RFID technology to OCTG
and tubular products for improved efficiencies in asset
management.

BAND-ID SOLUTION
BAND-ID is a patent pending innovative identification
and tracking solution for oil and gas operations.
The BAND-ID solution consists of a thermoplastic polymer and a
RFID (radio frequency identification device) tag that are injection
molded directly on to the outer circumference of a pipe body
surface. The end result provides an extremely ruggedized visual
tracking and identification band designed for harsh surface and
down hole drilling applications.
BAND-ID enables companies the ability to quickly identify and
manage their drilling tubulars and OCTG assets allowing
for dynamic workflows and improved processes. Increasing
operational efficiencies and reducing NTP (nonproductive time)
in critical operations.

12. DRILL PIPE WEAR PAD TECHNOLOGY
We uses a high grade engineered forced injection applied plastic that acts as a mid
body tube protector.
The coefficient of friction of the engineered plastic is almost less than half that of the
alloy steel.
The fiber / polymer injection molding is applied to the mid boy tube at less than 350
degreea F. Thus, eliminating any possibilities of heat checking or detriments to the
performance of the product. Reduces friction induced downhole temperatures
Absolutely no effect on internal plastic coating
Improves hole cleaning by the stirring effect of the designed spirals
Reduces torque, drag and improves sliding
Improves weight of bit, due to low buckling loads
Totally improves the performance and lifecycle of drill pipe
